   One of my top tea time experiences. I feel like the food is never good, however I even ordered MORE! HIGHLY suggest

   Had the savoury tea for two. Absolutely delicious as usual. About an hour’s time for the food to be served, which is okay, since the point is to discuss. They mentioned the last time I was there I needed a reservation to be able to choose a spot. I reserved and messaged a week in advance to make sure I would get the table I wanted, and until the day of, they did not communicate (by opentable, and there is no phone number), nor could they accommodate my request once I arrived, due to a ‘bug in the system’. So, all in all, a wonderful place as long as you’re not picky about your spot.

   Quelle jolie découverte! Le Cardinal est un endroit précieux… À refaire, c’était un pur bonheur!
