Over the top. Again. As always. Beet salad. Truffles fettuccine. Cesar, meatballs, veal parmigiana, chicken scarpeline. Manhattans and margaritas top notch. Cinnamon delight.

Based on the price point, I have had better food. I am from Chicago, you trip and you will hit a great Italian spot. This would not be one of them. Strike One: No blue cheese olives for a dirty martini. Strike Two: No calamari the night I dined. Strike Three: Subpar desserts. The service and ambience were great. We had two pastas, both sans protein (odd), the meatballs, three drinks (so so espresso martini), tiramisu , and the chocolate cake...$300 with tip.

The restaurant was beautiful, but loud. The service was rushed and confusing. $128 for 4 shrimp and $50 for two slivers of cake seems steep even for Dallas. Not sure it was worth the cost.

It was a night of celebration for my fiancée and I - Fortune, Tim our servers were the best I’ve had. Great real conversation. The sommelier Cameron is the best. Unbelievable. Complimentary deserts and special wine. Phenomenal. Best white truffle in the world available.

Poor service and food was terrible/overpriced. Spicy rigatoni was over cooked and not even spicy. Lobster ravioli was mediocre and not worth the price. Flavor just wasn’t there. Didn’t even bother ordering dessert because of how disappointing everything else was.

Definitely give this one a try, but for the most part, we found the food bland and the music was blasting so loud, we couldn't hear our waitstaff or our conversation. It's a shame because the service was excellent and the ambiance spot on.

The experience was amazing. It was a much needed date night to digress from life and how busy we’ve been as a family. An amazing date night for my wife and I, and we will definitely be back. The food and service made you feel like you were in Italy. The food suggestions to the attentiveness of Julia and staff were beyond words. Also, they made sure everything I requested was done including our secluded section. Thank you, thank you, thank you Carbone!!! I’m beyond impressed.

This is an "experience" meal. The servers/management were constantly rotating, checking on us. We really enjoyed it. It was a business dinner. Six people. Everything was fantastic. The wine was on the pricey side but it was really good. We tried the lasagna, rigatoni, lobster, Caesar salad, and dessert. I can't remember everything but it was all GREAT! I'd like to go back, and probably eat at the more casual Vino (sp?) next door with just two of us, not a business meal.

Caesar salad is amazing. The spicy Rigatoni was decent but not as great as I expected from the price value. Teramisu was delicious but had an alcoholic after taste. It was a decent experience but left more to be desired after leaving. All in all a great 1st time experience.

The hostess was very rude. We had a 20 min wait although we had a reservation and the hostess was definitely a snob about it. I don’t understand her sentiment as she wanted to argue about whether or not carbone is a chain. The spicy rigatoni is NOT SPICY at all! It doesn’t even taste seasoned and neither does the lobster ravioli. The best part of the meal was the bread and meatballs. Our waiter was not attentive at all. It was a very disappointing experience.

Nice classy old school Italian atmosphere, great service. Food is very expensive and does not live up to the hype. Found it to be very salty and basic. Being from CT we have amazing Italian restaurants and this place does not even come close to CT/NY restaurants. I wish I had a better experience.

Absolutely impeccable, first carbone location I’ve been to while traveling and the food, the service, the spicy rigatoni, my aperol spritz, everything was delightful, they change your silverware after each course, the attention is incredible. *side note* need more bathrooms there was a line to go to the bathrooms there’s only 2 for the whole restaurant

Sit inside, it is too hot in the "atrium" area. Service was lacking because of how busy it was. The food was excellent and HUGE portions. You could skip one of the courses and still be too full when you leave. The hostesses' friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Because of construction, it is hard to get to as well. We liked it but would do a lot of things differently on the next visit.

Came for a nice dinner with a few friends and had high expectations. The service at the beginning was quick and nice, but after we were given our bread and they took our drink order, it took 25 minutes to get our food order in. The waitress was nice but barely paid attention to our table.

Manager Brick was horrible and wouldn’t allow me to order additional food because he had to turn the table. I will NEVER visit that location again because of his horrible customer service. He should look into another profession
