   Absolutely love the food and the service is usually second to mone. This time was different. Its was Mother’s Day and the restaurant was very crowded. We all felt very rushed to complete our meal.  it wasn’t the usual laid-back, calm service we are accustomed to. This however, will not deter us from dining many more times at Carbone’s!

   Tried making reservations many times before but couldn’t get a table. Finally went last weekend and was sorely disappointed. Music was a bit loud; asked for open booth, but was told it was reserved. Food was mediocre, but expensive. Waitress was not attentive. Ambience (outside of the sound) was quite nice. Doubt I will return.

   A win for date night. Amazing food and drinks. Highly recommend the pork chops personally.

   Was in town visiting and had been to Carbone in Vegas , so we decided to dine here knowing the name and quality of food and service we got in Vegas . Honestly, not impressed, way to dark , way to loud and the food was just average . Meatballs were lukewarm at best . Service was decent not blown away , but not bad either . Just was expecting more from the food and didn't get it . We like piping hot food and for the price way paid , lukewarm food to me is a turn off . The chicken dish was covered in a oily sauce with way too many peppers and tiny pieces of chicken for the price , and my guest dish was similar to a lunch portion not a dinner entree for the price we paid .

   By far, one of the BEST Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food and customer service were spectacular! We’ll definitely be back!
