   The service from our time at the bar for happy hour to being seated for dinner and waited on the experience was exceptional. The cocktails, dinner and service were amazing. Everyone was attentive beginning at the hostessing stand, the manager came by the bar and waitress met our needs and requests with ease. I will be back.

   We were given the booth. Did not feel cramped. The lighting was perfect. We enjoyed the food and cocktail suggestions by Brooke. All food were prepared well. Enjoyed the sample appetizer the chef prepared for the evening. We had a great time at Carbon.

   Everything was amazing. Quiet with great service and real chill music. We had the New York Strip steak with the butter sauce and it was amazing. Our server Brooke was awesome with the recommendations. Highly recommended

   My wife & I went to celebrate my birthday. Food, service & drinks were excellent. Started with mussels app, which were plump, extremely fresh, well cooked & seasoned in white wine & garlic sauce (get spoon & use the bread to soak up the broth). I had the scallops & mushroom risotto with small filet. All well prepared & flavorful. Wife had the melt in you mouth Chilean sea bass, pasta & asparagus. Enough for sharing. Flourless chocolate cake went home for later & excellent.

   Valet was quick and easy. The restaurant looked great with nice ambiance. Service was very good, with great people. We started with a Carbon salad. This was a great salad. We enjoyed it. I had the New York strip, asparagus, and truffle fries. My wife had the drunken radiator with chicken. Our mains were good, but nothing crazy. We were hoping for something more for the money. All in all it was a good night out.

   Went for happy hour. Carbon chef is adding a burger to the hh food menu. Different each day. Caprese burger for this visit. The patty is ground fresh in house, multiple high value cuts. Very tender & good beefy flavor. Ample size. Fresh seeded bun. Fresh oregano & tangy balsamic with flavorful tomatoes with mozzarella. Ordered w/ truffle fries. Crisp & well seasoned. Good inventive spirits. Very happy with the visit.

    We've been to many places downtown and throughout MKE. We wanted something new to try for steak and seafood. Among one the best experiences and food! Steak, scallops, ambience and staff were all exceptional. We'll be back! This is my first review, it was that good!
