   Valet was quick and easy. The restaurant looked great with nice ambiance. Service was very good, with great people. We started with a Carbon salad. This was a great salad. We enjoyed it. I had the New York strip, asparagus, and truffle fries. My wife had the drunken radiator with chicken. Our mains were good, but nothing crazy. We were hoping for something more for the money. All in all it was a good night out.

   Went for happy hour. Carbon chef is adding a burger to the hh food menu. Different each day. Caprese burger for this visit. The patty is ground fresh in house, multiple high value cuts. Very tender & good beefy flavor. Ample size. Fresh seeded bun. Fresh oregano & tangy balsamic with flavorful tomatoes with mozzarella. Ordered w/ truffle fries. Crisp & well seasoned. Good inventive spirits. Very happy with the visit.

   We've been to many places downtown and throughout MKE. We wanted something new to try for steak and seafood. Among one the best experiences and food! Steak, scallops, ambience and staff were all exceptional. We'll be back! This is my first review, it was that good!

   Our minimal wait was made comfortable at the bar with absolutely wonderful cocktails. The bartender served the best espresso martini, and the specialty Marilyn Monroe smelled as delicious as it tasted. Our server was attentive and humorous, making suggestions that aided our dining experience. The ambience was perfect for an intimate date night.

   We sat at the bar and had great service and well-made cocktails. The food was excellent and the steak cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

   Incredible food/service/cocktails and vibe. Came for happy hour and will most definitely be back as the burger was one of the best I’ve had and Maya made the experience very notable

   What an amazing experience. This restaurant is absolutely a must see in MKE. The Seabass was incredible. The service at the bar was outstanding. I can’t say enough this place was great for my wife and I. We had a great night.

   I think the service was excellent. Our waitress was very informative and walked us to the entire menu and gave out some really good recommendations. The garlic mashed potatoes were pretty average and tasted like they were riced. We had a lobster Mac, which was pretty good and we ordered the New York strip, which didn’t have a lot of flavor other than char and was oddly tough for medium rare. Definitely should’ve opted for the filet mignon but we were both really hungry so we wanted more ounces. restaurant is beautiful!

    I need to take a few minutes to brag on #CarbonSteak in downtown Milwaukee. Last night, my boyfriend and I went to dinner there-it was my second time, his first. Ladies and gentlemen, I am telling you, Carbon Steak is THE premiere, Las Vegas-style steakhouse in Milwaukee, far surpassing Rare, Carnevor, and even my beloved Mo's. The ambiance, lighting, and minimalist decor set the stage for an awe-inspiring evening. Our food was fantastic. We started with a Caesar salad and bread. Each of us opted for the filet, both of which were cooked perfectly to our desired temperatures; the tender steak paired flawlessly with the mushrooms and garlic mash. But, above all else: Carbon's impeccable service. Brooke, our server, was so kind, personable, professional, and attentive. The manager, Zottie, stopped by our table to chat and check in on how our dinner was tasting. She actually remembered me from my first visit to Carbon this past January--even down to the minute details of where I was seated and a mistake I made on the dinner reservation time, which she was quick to accommodate even though it was my error. I can't put into words how special she made me feel. To think she remembered me from 2.5 months ago is mind-blowing, especially considering how many other guests had come and gone throughout those 10 weeks. Finally, I had the opportunity to talk to the owners, Sunny and his brother, Prince, Singh. They beamed with pride when I complimented the food and gushed on Brooke and Zottie's outstanding service. But, what touched my heart most was how sincerely they appreciated hearing such kind words about their staff. #CarbonSteakMilwaukee I will be back, and soon!! To everyone reading-please go. Make the time, set a date, and enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Cheers!
