    We both loved our entire experience for dinner! The drink selection was incredible and food was delicious. The staff all were very helpful with their recommendations and each appetizer and entree was better than the next. We will be back for sure!!!

    Very elegant restaurant, the service was top tier. The staff ensured you were well taken care of. The food was excellent.

    Every single item we ordered was absolutely delicious. From the cocktails to the entrees to the service, we had a 10/10 experience. Will absolutely be visiting Carbon again in the near future and will recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience in Milwaukee!

    Amazing food and great service! Gabby was our server and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about entire menu and spent the time to go over some of the choices available. Her recommendations were SPOT ON and we were all happy with the choices we made. Thank you Gabby and Carbon Steak!

    The staff was great, I told them it was an engagement celebration dinner and they were able to set us up with a more private booth, our waitress was attentive and was very helpful with the menu. The drinks we ordered were perfectly made, not too strong like most places and tasted amazing. Everything we had ordered was fantastic and overall we had a great experience!! Service was top notch! Would recommend for a special occasion forsure!

    My husband and I visited Carbon Steak from Chicago. Everything was amazing. I love super spicy and the chef, Matt, made me an extra spicy dish. The shrimp appetizer was unbelievable and my husband loved his steak. Gabby, Maya, Zarije, and Matt all contributed to a wonderful experience.
