A friend and I had lunch at El Carbon. It was the first time for both of us. The fish tacos were delicious and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was quiet and pleasant and the waiter was extremely attentive. We both came away feeling like we had made a great choice of restaurants.

Loved the food and music. All of the staff was friendly and we got greeted by several staff members! Very clean and pretty!

Great experience with wonderful server(Brie ?sp). Only glitch was limited supply of one of the drinks as well as one error on the entree that was very rapidly corrected.

Taylor did a great job providing tips and education on the menu items. He checked on us throughout our meal. Noise level was moderate with restaurant half full. Food was good and prepared as ordered.

Took the wife there for something new and they seemed to be understaffed it took a bit before greeted and the place was warm asked about getting it cooler and they said it was cool by a swamp cooler so that was the best they could do. Food was great though.
