Carbon County Steakhouse offers a casual fine dining atmosphere in beautiful, down-town Red Lodge.
Join us in our newly remodeled dining room. We are dedicated to providing our guests with the highest quality service and cuisine, making efforts to utilize conscientiously raised products. We hand-cut our signature steaks to ensure freshness nightly. Every evening our chef offer features of enticing appetizers, and decadent desserts to enhance our menu. A great selection of seafood, including signature mussels are flown in twice weekly.
Our professional staff is knowledgeable in assisting you with finding a wine perfect for any occasion from our Wine Spectator awarded wine list. Carbon County Steakhouse serves dinner seven nights a week from 4:30pm to 9:00pm. Reservations are highly recommended.

Carbon County NEVER disappoints. The ambiance is great and the service is top notch. I crave their mussels and they keep me coming back for more. Thanks for being my 'go to spot' in my treasured home away from home.

Stated prime rib was a special but it appeared they pan fried it at the end as if it were a steak. Prices pretty high. When you drive 60 miles to eat as we did plus several people we knew did, you do not want to leave feeling cheated.

Recommended by others from Cody, Wyoming. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Excellent service from Stefanie. Good advice on entrees and she accommodated us for our selections with table setups to enjoy our meal. We were a little early, went to adjacent bar for a drink and it was nice to take our drinks with us to the outdoor table. All personnel were helpful and enthused about the evening as it was our 39th wedding anniversary and we did not tell anyone of the special occasion. The online reservation was easy to do and something new for us to try. We liked that it works well and is easy to do. Thank you for a great experience in dining that you provide. It was wonderful, great food, and enjoyable.

Our table was ready for 6, and our order was taken. The waiting staff was a little harried, but very gracious, The group loved their meals, especially the wonderful steaks and beef specials. All was delicious and plentiful. Always a fine dining experience for us!

Late dinner while visiting Red Lodge MT for the first time. We wanted a good steak and were not disappointed. New York thick cut was great! Salads were wonderful. A perfect place to enjoy a nice evening while visiting.

Very accommodating with changing seating to inside when it began to rain. Delicious prawns. Both grilled Caesar and caprese salad were very fresh and perfectly dressed. Steaks were almost fork tender and perfectly cooked. Great local grass-fed. Wine list deep and reasonably priced. Worth a 120mile trip especially with views from Cody

4 of us had dinner last night. Three steaks and crab. The steaks were overcooked and the crab was cold. The rest of the meal was okay.
