The place was pretty quiet but they still mixed up my dishes. The second time was right and the food was delicious.
Always tasty food and good, calm atmosphere when we were there in the afternoon.
Cosy inside and bar staff were very attentive. Excellent drinks and food

I really enjoyed eating at Caravan City - the food was delicious and the service was great! If I could change one thing it would be heaters on both sides of the outdoor seating area. Sitting on the side without heater was quite chilly!
Provision for outside dining needs a lot of work. Not enough staff, not enough heaters, and no blankets. Made for a very uncomfortable evening

They have heaters but in a wind tunnel so it gets cold when windy . The sheep skin was nice

Very attentive and lovely staff. Food was delicious - would recommend the chickpea dahl. Only downside of sitting outside was the heaters were not particularly strong so only the person under it was warm.

I have always enjoyed eating here but this time quite a few things were off the menu - it was last evening before lockdown so I appreciate they did not want to over order and have too much left over. However what we did end up with was not very good at all. The pizza we shared had hardly any topping and the rest just seemed quite sparse and also the food quite cold. Standards should not dip so drastically and yet you are still paying full price for substandard dishes.
It was the last dinner before lockdown 2.0 so they had ran out of everything I wanted to try from their menu. I resigned myself to a sourdough pizza - it was good enough but nothing exceptional. My friend's pizza looked a bit burnt.
We went for a Portuguese wine and a Malbec and neither impressed us.
Overall, it all felt average more dear than it should be. But hey ... It was a special night ...
Same fantastic food as usual but the music was much quieter this time, which was fantastic as it made it much easier to hold a conversation.

A popular Sunday brunch spot. Covid measures in place with track and trace, temperature checks and masks.
The brunch menu offers good variety. I had the hash and chorizo. Unfortunately lacking in seasoning which was mentioned but didn’t seem to register or matter to our waiter. A disappointing dish. My friend had the baked eggs with sides of bacon and sausage which he said was delish. Finished off with some rather good Ethiopian coffee and cake.
Service was fine and so nice to be outside and enjoying the last of the sunshine.

Tap water glasses had egg smell on them. Food was delicious and yummy.

Fine, but seemed a bit pricey for what we had. Ambience was lacking - though this was during pandemic... Not as nice as the other Caravan's

The food at Caravan never disappoints, and I am enjoying working through the diverse many at their various London branches. The décor at the Bank branch feels sophisticated and laidback so it makes a good evening spot during the week. I ordered a spicy Broccoli and sweet potato bowl, with lentils, and the sauce was delicious. It left me the perfect level of full, as it was substantial but not too heavy. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed her sea-bass.
Overall, I would highly recommend dining here.

A spacious restaurant in the City, this is a good place to come to socially distance. Despite most other places in the City being dead on the weekends and during the pandemic, Caravan City was busy and buzzin'. There is a decent menu though I would like to see more options for vegans and particularly for brunch.

It was a very good experience. Very good booth/table with prompt and pleasant service. The atmosphere was great and it was nice because it was quite quiet due to the coronavirus. One of the main problems with Caravan City is that when it gets very busy, it can be difficult to hear yourself speak. It was much better with fewer people.

They should request to the building admin to install bicycle racks.

The food and service here was great, as always. However it got marked down due to the fact no staff were wearing masks and that will put us off returning.
I would always usually recommend Caravan but I wouldn't just at the moment. Just having hand sanitiser and a one way system wasn't enough for us I'm afraid. Wear masks and we'll be back!

Service was great, food felt a bit like a high-street chain (Jamie’s springs to mind) and definitely not the best of the Caravan group.
Lots of drunk City types, most of them ignoring social distancing including the couple at the next table snogging and their colleague who invited himself to join us, then dropped a glass of wine that shattered on the floor showering us with wine and glass.
Think I’ll stick to KX in future.
