   Hoy visitamos Carajillo Mérida para celebrar mi cumpleaños. Es la segunda ocasión que acudimos, pero lamentablemente el servicio volvió a dejarnos una mala impresión. A pesar de que el restaurante no estaba lleno, la atención fue muy lenta: tardaron bastante en servir tanto las bebidas como los alimentos, e incluso la cuenta. Además, el personal se mostró muy serio y con poca disposición, lo cual afectó la experiencia general. Lo rescatable es que la comida estuvo muy bien, los platillos tienen buena presentación y sabor, pero definitivamente el servicio no está a la altura del concepto del lugar. Ojalá puedan mejorar la actitud del equipo y agilizar los tiempos de atención, porque el espacio y la propuesta gastronómica merecen un mejor acompañamiento.

   Nuestra primera vez en este lugar, nos atendió una chica muy amable, la cena estuvo riquísima y por último cerramos con dos deliciosos Carajillos. Muy seguramente regresaremos en nuestra próxima visita a Mérida.

   The 4 cheese pizza was worthless it was just bake bread with 4 melted cheeses without any taste. I asked for chilli flakes and oregano and the first waiter said yes which he never did. I asked another waiter and he denied to offer me chilli flakes and oregano. The carajilo burger was worthy it is good and worth the prize. From Kids menu the breaded chicken was not good in taste and not worth the prize. My wife and I asked waiter for water twice and we never received any water.

   Es el mejor restaurante al que he ido desde hace mucho. Pedimos 2 platillos con unas bebidas que nos recomendaron y TODO estuvo riquísimo!!! La atención al cliente fue de lo mejor, sin llegar a molestar. La música de fondo tranquila, en el volumen adecuado para tener una buena plática. En definitiva volveremos a ir, muchas gracias🥳🤩
