They definitely overbook on purpose!! We waited 30 min for a table with a reservation..this happens every time we go here. they have open reservations every 15 minutes on open table, even though people are waiting 30 min at the bar when they arrive. maybe put less openings on open table?! The waiter also forgot one of our starters so we got it right before dessert. Sad because the food is amazing and the ambience is good.

From the first moment we walked in into the spectacular restaurant we were greeted with the big smiles!! What a beautiful place what a beautiful setting! And then the food …. absolutely fabulous & delicious !! our compliments to the chef! We will definitely be back and we will come back to stay in the hotel for the weekend!!!!

I have been to the restaurant before it is a beautiful atmosphere, and have had nice meals... Last nights was not good at all. It was a birthday dinner and most of us were looking forward to the shortrib ragu pasta. It was terrible! The pasta was way over cooked and they ragu did not have much flavor. It was so disappointing and very underwhelming especially for the price. We will not be going back again for dinner unfortunately.

I think people still don't know that Cara can cover its patio when the weather is not good. Despite the rain, with the heat lamps we were perfectly comfortable, warm and dry. The food was good as always. I'm fond of the fish tacos and my friend's chicken sandwich was delicious. Returning soon!

I’m normally a fan, but this visit was a bit disappointing. Waited a long time for food. Heat lamp had food smeared on base/- kinda gross to sit next to. Waitress was slow. Took a very long time for food to come out.

The patio courtyard was a beautiful place to dine. The staff was very charming and knowledgeable. They made us feel very welcome. I will definitely return. It’s a great place for lunch or dinner, small and intimate.

The pasta dishes were fantastic! The lemon pasta really held onto the lemon flavor unlike any other I've ever had. The ambiance was gorgeous and we were very warm with the heat lamps they supplied! Overall a wonderful experience! I highly recommend it!

Lovely hidden gem in the middle of crazy, busy Hollywood. Patio dining allows you to experience a bit of solitude in the midst of the hectic city. We loved the lemon pasta and delicious kale salad. The bread plate appetizer was unavailable, strangely, at 1pm. The apple pie was just so-so; a bit dry.
