   We enjoyed ‘high tea’ at the Captain Farris inn ~ delicious selection of sweet and savory treats in a lovely dining room. They stop doing teas this week ( mid May) and resume in the fall and spring so we were happy to enjoy it for Mother’s Day.

   A delightful afternoon in this beautiful restored inn. It was a tea service that was presented beautifully and all the traditional offerings were delicious. It was a charming and cozy room with soft music playing in the background.

   We had a delightful afternoon enjoying high tea at the Inn! The Staff was attentive and accommodating to all our needs, the ambiance lovely and the food delicious! We had a gluten allergy in our group and she was thrilled with the food choices!!

   Superb! This is a beautiful tea room (and B&B). Food quality and taste, and service perfection. Host (owner) took extra special care to make us delicious vegetarian tea sandwiches. Definitely will return!

   Afternoon tea was an awesome experience. I have been to many afternoon teas and the food here was better than most. There was a vegetarian in the group and our host created tea sandwiches for her. Everything was delicious and nothing was left on the three tier dish. Great choice of teas and the hostess added more hot water to the pot which is often ignored. Will definitely return!

    Lovely afternoon tea! The sandwiches and sweets were spectacular! The Devonshire cream and scones taste just like they do in the UK. The owners and staff were so friendly and caring. We absolutely loved it there!
