   We brought my daughter and her 10 friends to captain americas for her 11th birthday. From the start to finish my daughter was made feel so good. The staff joked with her and her friends made them giggle and just were so patient the whole time. Food was great value and the kids menu was huge, Rida was exceptional with the girls and made my daughters night!

   Going to Captain America's after a long time was like taking a step back in time - nothing about the decor has changed and it would seem even the burger menu has stayed. The four of us chose burgers and chips and were very happy with the food - it did seem to take a bit long for the food to arrive but that was possibly because we were on a time clock as we were on the way to see a show in The Gaeity. The staff were pleasant and each burger cost around €19 which is average for food in Dublin City.

   We had a lovely meal in captain americas grafton street. Staff were super friendly. However, I was annoyed that my press up voucher was no longer in use in this branch. So be aware. Due to change of owners of the press up company.

   I was really surprised by the food and the value, I’ve been to CA’s many times and the last time I was there about 3 years ago I thought I wouldn’t go back. I’m glad and so are the kids we gave it another go.

   Service was very slow and the food was 50/50. Burger arrived cool and chips looked like they were cooked in dirty oil. Daughter enjoyed her hot dog and wife really enjoyed her Fajitas. Service from the moment we walked in the door seemed uninterested. It was mother's day and 17:45 but we were told there was already no pizza, coke and a number of other items. But strangely we spotted pizza going to other tables. Vibe as always was good but wasn't a enjoyable meal out.

   We have been to captain Americas a few times over the years and always left very satisfied with everything, however this visit wasn't as memorable. the chicken wings were not edible, we ordered bbq but when they came out they had a spice to them as there was too much sauce on them , also the strawberry daquiris were too sugary and not very enjoyable , the 2nd order of drinks took a long time (forgot the order) The waiter said he would talk to chef about wings but no offer of a discount as we only ate 2 of them . Disappointing as we are 2 wings from the bowl.

   We were seated quickly, the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and our orders were accurate. Overall, a great experience!

   Only I ordered a starter and it came out at the same time as my main which wasn’t ideal. Usually I’m asked if this is how I’d prefer it. The mozzarella sticks weren’t actually mozzarella, they were cheddar I think and were not nice so I couldn’t finish them. The wait staff never checked on us or at any point asked how everything was which would’ve been when I’d explain the issue.

    It was fine, nothing special. We ordered two margaritas each with our food and the first one was significantly larger than the second one which was quite odd. Service is more or less non existent after you get your food. The food is always fine but nothing to travel out of the way for
