Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Nice size separate bar with some table seating. All our food was delicious and served hot. They never rushed us even though they were quite busy.

Had dinner celebrating birthday, just two of us. Sat at a very cramped table that appeared to be added just to get more tables in the restaurant. Was very uncomfortable the entire time, we were there. They also have charge additional if you use credit card. While the food was plentiful and very good, the overall experience was lacking.

This was our 4th visit it Capri, which we normally love! We got the calamari and the baked clams as apps, which were good as always. I got the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp for my entree. The shrimp were so mushy I couldn't even eat them and the sauce was flavorless. I'll stick to the vodka sauce, that I previously got. Server was very slow and not attentive. Restaurant was busy and very crowded. Tables are too close together. I really do like Capri, but probably will only go back during nonpeak hours and stick to what I know for food choices.

Best Italian food I’ve had pretty much anywhere in the world and I love Italian food. My parents are frequent guests and took me and my girlfriend while visiting and nothing really comes close to this

Food is always great! Definitely bring me back to my childhood. If you’re in the mood for neckbones, definitely listen to everybody, order, or save them in advance! Make reservations, or there is a wait. Regardless, it’s always worth it!

Wonderful experience and a 'wow' event for our out-of-town guests ! That latter say Capri is THE BEST Italian restaurant they know (and these folks are experienced travelers !).

You can always count on the excellent quality and quantity of the food. Great staff, never leaves you needing anything, whether it be more drinks or cleaning away extra dishes. Was treated to a friendly table visit by Gigi. I have leftovers for two extra meals. Love the dark lighting. It does feel a bit squished depending on where your table is. Overall, this is our go-to for family celebrations.

Tables too close to each other. Staff too noisy, throwing chairs around when preparing for group table. Throwing dishes when cleaning tables. Noise level deafening. Server was great, attentive.

I had reservations for my best friends birthdays it was truly an exprenice! Definitely will be back our server was amazing and the manger and hostess 🫶🏼! highly recommend the food was so amazing fresh !

Food is AMAZING, service is great, wine pours are large. However we had a reservation for 6 ppl at 6:30. We all arrived by 6:32, and they said it would be a few min for the table. The waiting area is TIGHT and you’re in a walkway of servers bringing out trays of food/ bussers running dirty dishes. We weren’t seated until 7:12. By 8:15, half of the tables were gone and the place was emptying out. So I’d suggest going early, or sitting at the bar.

Had a 6:00pm reservation, was told were a little behind 10-15 min, ended up being 40 min wait. Made reservation 3 weeks ago and hostesses were not very friendly or empathetic. Very well staffed in hotel, just need to manage reservation system better please in future.

We have been to Capri in Burr Ridge and Palos Heights and we LOVE both restaurants!! Their food is absolutely delicious!! Every dish we’ve tried has been amazing! Even the salad dressing is amazing! The wait staff is friendly and busy. If they are busy someone else will come by and see if you need a refill or put more fresh, warm bread in your bread basket. We will always be patrons of Capri. We come for dinner as much as we can. We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday at Capri last night and he had his first glass of wine with his meal. He loved it. Thank you for making his special day even better!!

Great food and service just had to wait for our table. Got seated 45 minutes after our reservation time of 8:00. Was already at bar at 7:00 for some cocktails and then had to wait. We were getting hangry.
