Everything is always fantastic and the staff is very friendly
The food is always so fresh and the staff is always so attentive! I recommend this place to all my friends
Excellent food and great atmosphere.
Don't let the outside and parking difficulty dissuade you. Enjoyed our meal and will be going back.
What a joy to find amazing tasting, healthy food close to our office!
There are plenty of delicious menu items to suit both vegetarian and meat eaters alike!
Favorite dishes include:
Falafel - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside
Durdos - delicious red hummus made from yam, garlic, walnuts sprinkled with pumpkin seeds
Shepherd Salad - chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, parsley with chef's dressing
Pierogies - cheese and potato, light and fluffy like a cloud
Chicken kabobs - tasty and tender
...and then there's the homemade bread!
We have found this restaurant about 65 days ago! We absolutely love it. The food is always outstanding so fresh so tasty! We have been back at least seven times! We love to bring our friends there and expose them to this great food and great service! The pierogies are beyond amazing! The red hummus is so amazingly tasty! I could eat this food every day!
We tried this place fo e a mid-week, low key birthday dinner and was very pleased. Good food, nice setting and very attentive service. We'll beback!
Birthday dinner with family and friends. What a wonderful time, food and service.
Good food, nice atmosphere. Service could be a little better. Will return.
Cappadocia is a solid, local restaurant focused on Turkish (more than Mediterranean) cuisine. Portions are large and prizes are reasonable. Party of four shared and enjoyed the Piyaz Salad and Mixed Appetizers to start, and everyone ordered fish entrees. Cappadocia Branzino was excellent, but trout special was a bit overcooked and dry. As with so many NJ restaurants, BYOB kept prices in line.
So glad to have found this place. The food was great and we will definitely be back.
Great food. Excellent Sevice. Will definitely go back.
Excellent surprise neighborhood Turkish/ Mediterranean. We took our mother here for a causal lunch date pre-Mother's Day because SHE loves it. Honestly, it was so delicious and our meal was served with clean and SUPER FRESH ingredients. The menu is complete but not overwhelming. The hummus, baba ganoush, lentil soup, skewers - all amazingly fresh and perfectly cooked. Fresh bread baked on site is also served - worth the splurge.
The portion sizes are not gargantuan - you feel satisfied and even healthful when you leave. The appetizers are also great for small plates and sharing.
The owner is active, hands on who mentioned his father is from the Cappadocia region of central Turkey - hence the name. Overall, the restaurant is spotless, creatively appointed and peppered with "old country" charm.
Great for causal lunching and meet-ups with friends as well as special occasions - can be dressed up or down. It's a fun and fresh charming neighborhood addition / cuisine.
Definitely recommend if you are in the mood for a fresh and clean taste of Turkish cuisine in a lovely setting...
Tried this restaurant for the first time because I love Turkish food but I'm afraid the food here failed in comparison with the other Turkish restaurants I've been to. Not to mention a bit pricey. Service was great though. I'm not sure at this time if I'll come back.
Ridiculously Understaffed. If staffing levels were significantly increased, both in the kitchen and in table service, could be a good restaurant!
Delicious middle eastern food! Excellent food and staff!
A nice little gem of a restaurant. Very good service and food.
Loved this place and will definitely be back. Lots of space to spread out, great food, relaxed atmosphere and kid-friendly! Turkish coffee was delish!
The food and service were excellent. The owner is very nice and the dessert yummy!
I been to Cappadocia a few time now and still love it here. The food is great and the service is good. Everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We have been to Cappadocia two times so far and we are extremely happy with our dining experiences. The Food is authentic and delicious! The owner is very friendly and warm he spoke with us for quite some time. The restaurant is cozy, quiet and really is a neighborhood gem. We highly recommend dining here. You will not be disappointed.
Great authentic food. Excellent service. The owner is also a gracious host. We will definitely return.
First time here. Very welcoming. The best babaganush we ever had....we were given a sample of their new variety , along with our order and it was wonderful!
Limited menu but a good variety.
The food was authentic Turkish, visually appealing and delicious
The food at Cappadocia is exceptionally good, fresh and well prepared. We especially enjoyed the cold appetizers, which could be a meal in themselves. This is not to ignore the various entrees, which range from chicken to various meats. The service is wonderful, friendly and helpful, but not overwhelming and annoying. It is excellent value for the price.
The food was delicious, fresh, and healthy! The service was great and the chef owner came over to make sure we were enjoying our experience there! This is definitely a hidden gem. I highly reccommend you give it a try!
It was a random choice of restaurants. We decided to order lots of appetizers and two entrees. Cold and hot appetizers were great. We also ordered salmon and Mackerel dishes. Salmon was a bit disappointing. It was dry but Mackerel was a pleasant surprise.
New place fine food friendly atmosphere need more experienced wait staff
The food "shrimp in pot was tasty" the Tabboulah was pretty standard . The lamb kebabs were good and a generous portion. The service was friendly and as there was one server so the owner's wife came over to fill water and ask about our experience. The place was comfortable. There is parking. We would return again.
One of the best restaurants that I have been to in a while. The food was absolutely delicious and BYOB is always a plus. The owner came over and introduced herself and was very sweet and friendly and so was the waitress. My mom loved her birthday dinner and she is the pickiest of them all.
Nice atmosphere and was looking forward to a great Turkish meal after reading the reviews. Food was average at best... my friends salmon was completely undercooked as well as my kofte. Won't be returning.
The restaurant has a very calming and soothing atmosphere. It is very spacious. The menu option is not huge but very well put together. Overall, a pleasant neighborhood eatery with a nice personal charm.
Wonderful food and service. Will definitely return.
Surprisingly good! Food was delicious, service good and nice quiet atmosphere. Cannot wait to go back!!
This was our second visit to Cappadocia and the food is really excellent. Service is friendly and courteous; however, the restaurant would benefit from additional staff. During both visits, a large party at another table led to long waits for our service and food, which detracted from the dining experience. We will be back, however, as the food is exceptional!
Clean, friendly, and good food. Will go back soon
From start to finish I couldn't have been any more pleased with this restaurant. The atmosphere, ambience, service, and most importantly food wowed me in every aspect. Authentic Turkish food is hard to come by but this place does it justice. The flavor of the Mediterranean is all there. It's like being transported to Cappadocia itself. What a neighborhood gem in Little Falls, New Jersey. Coupled with the fact that it is also a BYOB joint, you can't go wrong at all. Trust me on this it is a restaurant worth a visit; it is a restaurant worth coming back to!
Wonderful food, lovely people working very hard to develop a great place on a busy street.
Wha a surprise to find local restaurant with genuine great Turkish food. Everything was
served beautifully. The appetizers are great. We had pick 3 for one price scrumptious dessert called Trio was a combination of shredded dough, flaky pastry, nuts and honey. Maybe I went to Turkish heaven!
There were only 3 tables so service was easy. Appetizers were paltry. Calamari looked like scraps and only 8 tiny pieces? Hummus barely covered the plate. Main dishes, branzino and trout were perfect . So you decide for yourself. May give it another try but Stamnna which is right down the street, way more bang for your buck for Mediterranean food.
