The duck was so dry and over cooked it was inedible. All of the food was overly salted. And they claim they have dumplings, but only two options for dumplings as appetizers. $100 down the drain. Will not be returning.

Enjoyed a great Easter late lunch on their patio. Dim Sum service ends at 3pm but everything we ordered off the menu was truly authentic and delicious. Portions are healthy and very reasonably priced for BevHills. Staff was friendly and courteous. Will be back!!

Beautiful restaurant. Very clean. very good wait staff. Except when he game to bill . They didn’t give me change . I had to ask for it after 10 mins and then they gave me a change amount that I couldn’t break. I went up again for more change. Very gosh up until that time. It’s restaurant that I won’t be caning back to even though the food Beas very good. A tourist trap .

I have been to Capital Seafood many many times. I love it. Most of the time I go there for dim sum, which is superb. Rivals any place out in Monterey Park. In fact, the original Capital Seafood is in that area. I also occasionally go to Capital for dinner and it's always amazing. Tonight we had the Peking Duck (they haven't converted the menu to the more correct Beijing Duck as of yet) and it was great. They serve it with buns, though I prefer the pancakes. But still delicious. We also had the Honey Walnut Shrimp. Sublime! And finally, we had the mixed chow fun. Perfectly cooked. The service is great and the ambiance is also very pleasant. Customer for life!

Walked in and the place was incredibly brightly lit like a banquet hall. Most of their tables are for large groups, so we had limited choices for table and had to sit out side. Their heaters do not provide sufficient warmth. They no longer serve the menu they have on their website. The serve a pared down version with many of the items we were looking forward to, no longer available. Unless you order from their takeout menu, which we had to speak to a manager to even know that that was possible. The service was scattered and inattentive. They brought out entrees before appetizers, continued to bring out the wrong things, forgot to bring out certain things. The food was ok. The filet mignon was inedible due to large amounts of connective tissue and gristle. The calamari appetizer was a big nothing. No flavor. The Honey walnut shrimp was ok, but was supposed to come with assorted fruit. What we got was faded out pineapple. In conclusion, I would not go back to this restaurant. Total disappointment.

It was really good. We ordered King crab and they bought big one to show that to us. I should have asked the price at that point. Market price was 75 dollar per pound that I found 5 minutes later. My bad. But it was the best king crab I ever had. It comes with 3 dishes. Steamed legs, stir-fried with garlic and fried rice on the shell. It should be gods with that price but I can tell that it is my best crab in my 50 years of food experience.

I’m a regular customer of many years … the food is mostly good. They take reservations which is preferable to oft long waits for dim sum in San Gabriel Valley. But Capital is inconsistent. Today, the service was awful.
