Capital Prime, an award-winning steakhouse and seafood restaurant in Lansing, Michigan, features hand-cut USDA Prime and Certified Angus Beef. Food and service were outstanding as usual. It took a very long time for our food to arrive. Something isn’t right in the kitchen. I do not fault our server for that and we were offered a free appetizer. We had the Sirloin, Bluefin Tuna, and Chicken Caesar Salad. All were excellent.
