Very good restaurant! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Definitely will be coming back.
Capeesh was a lovely experience in dark days. Excellent food. Nice atmosphere. Attentive but not intrusive staff. What's not to like? A return each month from now on (conditions permitting) is guaranteed
Loved the bruschetta very fresh, and great spaghetti mare. Lots of seafood and flavour. You make good cocktails too. Will come back next year for sure once things get better.
Absolutely loved our quiet little lunch on 13 Dec 1.30-4pm for our Anniversary.
Our servers were very helpful and provided us prompt service.
Ambience is gorgeous!
The service was excellent, the food was nice. I would return back to this venue.
We arrived over an hour earlier than planned and asked if Capeesh could seat us earlier for dinner and they were polite, accommodating and very kindly and swiftly found a table for us.
Excellent service throughout the whole evening!
Capeesh celebrating my birthday at capeesh was an amazing experience ;me , my family and friends loved the food absolutely amazing. The service was great ,considering covid restrictions the restaurant was still able to put me , friends and family near each other as we couldn’t all sit at one big table which was very nice of them . The food was prepared and served quicker than expected as other restaurants I’ve been too take a long time . The ambiance was lovely absolutely perfect also my waiter was extremely nice and patient. The scenery of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful I also loved the Christmas decorations. Overall my experience was amazing I would definitely recommend going to capeesh .
Was me and my partners anniversary and can honestly say the food and staff were amazing! Definitely coming back and will be recommending to all.
Loved the service and the waiter was amazing, made sure everything was alright.
Sooo rushed!!! We drove an hour to come to this restaurant and our meal was over so quickly. Had my main served to me from one hand while the other hand took my starter away!! We wanted to enjoy our evening not feel like a hindrance
Very busy restaurant, that didn't enforce the single household rule, judging by the groups of people that were there. Other places in the area do.
The food is ok, the restaurant is not exactly authentic Italian, as the name suggests. Service was really good, but the restaurant was packed, noisy and loud music was playing on top of it! I recon eating there when you can sit outside would be a radically different experience. Prices were fair. Overall I would say that London has way better Italian restaurants to offer, as an Italian I couldn’t recommend it, any authentic Italian restaurant in this city would be a much better choice for a night out.
The menu and prices on the website were different to the one in the restaurant (they upped the prices). The food did take a while to come and they messed up a drink order.
I ordered a steak which was decent but tasted better with the wedges. I asked for it to be well cooked but it was pink when I got to the middle.
Whilst my friends and I were still eating the waiters kept coming up to us to pay even after telling them to wait and let us finish our food first (this was quite annoying).
The atmosphere was nice and a bit loud but this didn’t bother my friends and I. There’s also a nice backdrop to take pictures.
Overall, I would recommend the place and go back again.
Very average restaurant.
Cocktails good but food was dried out with overcooking.
Not a lot of flavour in the lasagne and burnt to a crisp on the outer edges.
The food was amazing as well as cocktails! The waiter and waitress were friendly and lovely~
Sadly the rooftop bar was closed due to restriction but generally would recommend it to friends!
There's no hand sanitising station or temperature checks but staff were wearing face coverings and tables were far apart. We waited a bit too long before someone came to even offer water let alone take our order. When we finally got someone's attention she was very curt and asked me strange questions about my order. The other waitress was much nicer. You have to call them, they will not wait on you. The food did come very quickly and it was quite good.
Venue is very nice, toilets were very clean. Staff were all very friendly
There was a bit of time between the starter and the main coming out but, It was better this way as you had time to enjoy your starters without your main going cold
Capeesh is surprising close to the DLR station with a lovely view of Thames this is a go to location for a function or just to enjoy a lovely meal. Food is decent staff are friendly but the toilets needed to be cleaner.
Lovely food and amazing cocktails, is also very good value for money and the staff are all very attentive and friendly.
My husband and I went visiting this place a couple of years ago and we decided recently to come back because we had a very good memory of its food and its value.
However this time we were totally disappointed.
First of all tables were way too close to each other, and considering the social distancing rules this is absolutely unacceptable.
The service was fair, the waitress was ok recommending a couple of different choices as sides, altough not the kindest, but the most disappointing part was actually the food.
The calamari starter was definitely too dry, the Fritto Misto was ok but for 29£ I would have expected more while the desert, Profiteroles, had just a very small portions.
The only good part was the white wine.
Overall I think that for a bill of 100£ I would have expected better quality and better portions. There are other italian restaurants that really are worth the high price but this isn't the case.
Amazing staff and experience. Lovely interior and location. Will be returning!
Atmosphere is very nice and food was great! My fav part was the cocktails ! Special design for expresso martini ! Love it
The food was lovely and the staff were very polite and friendly
Good food and good service.
Very quiet due to COVID but food was amazing and the service friendly and attentive
Food came very fast and in really large portions as well. However i had ordered a prawn and mushroom pasta dish where the prawns were still shell on and i had to use my knife and fork to remove the shell. I also ordered a chicken Caesar salad where the chicken was bland and there was no caesar salad dressing at all. It was just lettuce chicken and croutons. Overall very good experience with good pricing but dishes need to be fixed.
Table was available for 9pm and we were on time given that we knew it would close at 10. We couldn’t get a waitors attention to be served untill 9.20pm. The food arrived at 9.35pm , along with the bill and a prompt warning to be finished eating in fifteen minutes. They put the starter, mains, sides and drinks all together , and then we asked for water so that we could eat. I asked for water from waitress 3 times, she kept forgetting, by the time she brought it, it was closing time. We quickly ate the starter and before I had even started my main ( twenty minutes before closing time!!!) the lights came on, the music turned off, a waiter asked if he could pack up my food for takeaway, and staff were frantically cleaning around us. Very unpleasant atmosphere overall, basically what I am trying to say is , DO NOT offer tables for 9pm if you are not going to serve people promptly. Food was great.
Overall good, but service was poor, as we had to pour our own bottle of water, hand out our own forks and spoons and napkins:)
The restaurant was very cold, also there were separate tables mixing together. Nobody was enforcing any mask wearing within the restaurant with diners which in the current environment was worrying
Quite expensive food but quite tasty too.
There seems to be fruit flies flying around abit too much for my liking.
It was such that we had to change tables. Other than that ther service was good and friendly staff.
Would definately recommend.
Been here several times, the food is nice, nothing outstanding but nice. The service is great, and the restaurant itself is very nice indeed.
It was a lovely meal at a lovely place with friendly staff 😊
Capeesh is a great Italian restaurant, like every other business, the clientele was reduced. I have been there on several occasions when it was buzzing with customers. The food was superb and the staff was friendly. The lunch menu was of good value
Beautiful restaurant inside and outside. The atmosphere was so lovely, and they played really good music while we was eating which I was not expecting and I quite enjoyed! The food was amazing, definitely recommend! Last but not least, the staff were so attentive and friendly; my server in particular was so kind and made my experience at Capeesh ten times better!
How this restaurant was allowed to open up again under the new government guidelines around covid-19 is beyond me. Tables are meant to be at least 1 meter apart but it felt like we had 2 extra people sitting at our table they were that close to us. I could hear their full conversation and no doubt they could hear ours. This restaurant is not following government guidelines
Meal was delicious however drinks weren’t great and service was slow.
After a day at Kew Gardens and being let down with a local restaurant it was an excellent evening and great food and service. Thanks
Food was good, not earth shattering. Really nice cocktails. Pricing seemed fair considering the area.
Beautiful food with a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely revisit the restaurant again.
Lovely experience! I would definitely return again
