Located in the Gloucester Passage overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Whitsundays, Cape Gloucester Resort is a 40-minute drive from Airlie Beach and one of the very few beachfront dining restaurant and accommodation venues on the mainland. Our Restaurant & Bar is Open from 10 am 7 days a week. Every meal is served up with panoramic views of the ocean and the dishes are created using only the freshest local ingredients. Enjoy a cocktail poolside after your meal while you relax in the tropical Whitsunday Lifestyle, or sit back Beachfront watching the Sun Set over the Coral Sea. Been there many times and don't tire of it, the pool is great, the staff are great. Food is a little ordinary, but generous portions. My only gripe was my salad was missing ingredients that were stated on the menu so was uninteresting and disappointing and no staff in sight for me to tell, no-one asked if our meals were okay. It's beautiful there but this let it down for me. Yes, I will go there again, there is a lot that is really good.

Great food, lovely service. Fun for all kids and adults. Highly recommend. My husband and I had the sea food share platter it was amazing and so filling for the two of us.
