   This is a great locals place. Pot roast is the best on the menu. Be aware that it’s very noisy inside so not a great place for a date night or quiet conversation.

   Was our first time dining there. Took my friend for birthday dinner and wanted to go somewhere we’ve never been. Found this place doing a random google search and saw the reviews were great. Dinner and drinks were delicious and staff was amazing. Definitely will be back

   I went for dinner with my daughter last night. We were greeted right away and took our drink and appetizer order. The server checked on us every few minutes to see if we needed anything. The food was great and it was nice they had 2.00 beers for happy hour. I also liked the atmosphere in there. We will go back again soon. Overall 5 stars.

   Hailey was an excellent waitress. The food was excellent. The only negative was the mac and cheese (we had 2 small kids with us). It was very bland, no rich flavor. On to the good - the salmon and the burgers were all excellent. The wagon wheel was great for a party of 8 .

    This was our first time there. We all ordered the pot roast. It was the best we ever had. The waitress was attentive and the guys were able to watch the football game. We will be going back.

    The food was a huge surprise! The wings were delicious! It’s a little loud but it’s due to the hardwood floors and open dining. They play country music so it does help drown out the crowd chatter. We all enjoyed our food and the service was excellent! It was our first time here but we will be back!

    We went to Canyon Cowboy with our daughter and son in law. They’d never been. It is a fun place. Our server was awesome! I can’t remember how she spelled her name, but it was Hailee. They really have the best burgers around. Value received there. It was NYE, so we went early. Overall, a great experience that we would repeat.

    The bartender was out waitress and was very nice. The food left a lot to be desired. The fried pickles were ok. I ordered the loaded stuffed potato. The potato wasn’t completely backed, the chicken friend steak was old/reheated/fried in old oil- as the breading did not stick to it. I didn’t see the bacon that should have also been on the potato. The ribeye was tough, unseasoned and cooked less than requested. The onion rings with the burger were not cooked to completeness. It was a risk going there, and they showed why next time I’ll stay hungry and go with a better star establishment.

    Been there once before - Mother's Day Brunch 2021. Complete disaster. Daughter/Son-in-law wanted to try again. What a difference. A bit on the noisy side (I am 76 yrs old) but food was outstanding. For price, great deal.

    Waitress service was very good, but food service (kitchen) was very poor. Took about 20 minutes to get "chips & salsa" and "pretzel dabs". Then, much longer for our meals. Room temperature was "ice cold". Put my jacket on & was still freezing!! My sandwich (back rib dip) was terrible. Wife had back ribs & she was pleased!

    Unfortunately, we never got the chance to eat at Canyon Cowboy. We made reservations through the Open Table website. It took our reservation and even asked us to confirm we will be there the day before. I did. Got to the restaurant, and they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Your website did not mention anything about the restaurant being closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Very disappointed with your website. Lenny Cyment

    I don’t recall our servers name, but she was awesome. She took good care of us! The strawberry lemonade moonshine was the perfect ratio of alcohol and sweet. Although the appetizer’s we wanted weren’t available, the spinach dip, jalapeño poppers and fried zucchini were a good start to an even better meal which followed. Nobody at our table was disappointed with the food or service! Thank you Canyon Cowboy!

    Ive been to the CC before for nightlife but this was my first time for brunch. My group was there to celebrate my birthday and they were aware it was a birthday. We were seated and it took 10 minutes to be greeted and given waters and then another 10 minutes to take our drink orders. Very slow service and our server was very non engaging, just took our order and left. I have several common food allergies that most restaurants can accommodate and they couldn’t do anything. Everything is pre chopped and mixed. So that was a bummer. Food was unremarkable, our server barely checked on us and not to mention it was extremely hot inside. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to the bottomless mimosas which apparently meant 3 over an hour and a half since that is how many times the server came by to check on us. Too bad because I love supporting small businesses.

    Service was terrible this time. We waited 20 mins after being seated before drink orders were taken, and it went down hill from there. My husband tried to talk to a manager after our 2 hour dinner (mostly sitting around waiting for service) and was brushed off. Our waitress claimed to be the manager.

    Roast was so dry it was also tough. Noise level actually hurt my ears. The size of chips and salsa for the price wad a rip off. Our friends Mac n cheese was good. Beer was good and cold. Too loud to enjoy a dinner with friends.

    WE made reservations and when we got there, they couldn't find the reservation so our table for ten was not ready. Then they tried to put ten people in a corner with one long booth against the wall and chairs on the other side, so that if anyone sitting in the booth needed to get up for any reason, everyone would have to scoot out and shuffle around. They seemed annoyed that I pointed this out and said I'd prefer not to sit there. The food was mediocre at best and I ordered the chicken fried steak which was, quite literally, horrible. Absolutely awful. The meat had been marinated in what tasted like malt vinegar. Now, where I grew up, chicken fried steak is a staple. It is NOT made with vinegar. Vinegar is disgusting with cream gravy. It was, by far, the worst I have ever tasted. My husband had steak, which was cooked like he ordered, but just mediocre. It just wasn't anything great. No one found their food to be good, just passable. We were trying to have a decent dinner out before graduation, now I know why no one else was there. We'd never been there and I looked at reviews that seemed good. It did not live up to the reviews I read and think someone needs to share some honesty. My son said his burger was okay. My son said his burger was okay and the onion rings were decent. That's the best review we can give. Thankfully the company was good and good natured. We left a good tip but we won't go back.

    First time here and I have nothing but great things to say! My ribeye was perfect., appetizer wings were fabulous and the spinach dip oh my!! Yummy!! Kids also enjoyed their sliders and ate them all! Had a family dinner together for my Birthday! We are a loud family so the atmosphere was perfect for us outside :) We had great time! Plus the server surprised me with a bday cheesecake!! Made my night !!! Thank you we will be back for sure!

    It was delicious, we ordered appetizers, drinks, and dinner. Everything tasted great, we will be back soon. It definitely had a bar and grill atmosphere, given the name "Canyon Cowboy" which I liked, but the food was definitely 10 out of 10 for taste and quality.

    The hamburgers are insanely good and the fries come to the table piping hot. I had a short rib dip sandwich and was disappointed in the short ribs lack of taste. Overall we enjoyed the food, however, the noise level was a 10 out of 10. We finally quit conversing since the only way to be heard is to shout. We probably will not go back until they have patio service staff.

    Restaurant wasn’t that busy but the staff was overwhelmed. There multiple small children running around the bar, through the exit, and into the patio which became distracting for an adult dinner. Food took more than an hour to be served.
