Food reasonable but underwhelming and of course, over-priced (resort dining). Would recommend for lunch at more reasonable value and fare.
We were unsure what to expect, but we had high hopes that they could accommodate our strict food restrictions…and they did. Christine, our amazing server, was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu, helping us get some amazing food without the worry of allergic reaction. The setting on the back patio with only 1 other couple in the shadows of Snow Canyon was beautiful. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether you have diet restrictions or not.
The service was incredible. The patio was so nice to sit on and the food was beyond amazing. The swordfish and steak were cooked to perfection. The bread they serve is very good. We will be back to this place
Excellent dinner. The restaurant seems very stark and impersonal. However, overall positive experience.
What an unexpected delight having lunch at Canyon Breeze Restaurant. I went there expecting their great buffet however because of COVID, it wasn't available. Intially, I was disappointed. I have always enjoyed their buffet. However, our meal and service was extraordinary. Add that to a perfect day of wonderful weather outdoors, the afternoon was delightful. Thank you.
We are so pleased that you enjoyed on new Sunday Brunch! You joined us on our very first Sunday brunch and it was a hit, please join us again! Our fabulous Eggs Benedict, and savory Quiche change every Sunday, we have live music as well every Sunday Brunch, and as weather permits the music is out on our beautiful patio with views of Snow Canyon State Park and the beautiful red rocks that surround us.
Food was ok. The meat was all delicious but the sides were tasted like you got them from the frozen section. It missed the class that was in the price. I’d eat that steak all day. But the veggies were wack! Need to up the side game hard
We apologize that you didn’t have a great experience at Canyon Breeze. We strive to provide all of our guests delicious, healthy made from scratch meals and wonderful service. We appreciate this feedback that helps us continually improve.
Food was mediocre. Wine selection very poor. Second time there. Will not return.

For San Valentine´s day I took my wife out for dinner in what I considered a nice restaurant and place to have that special dinner.
Even with a booking made in advance we had to wait for the table like 15 minutes. When at the table they took another 10 minutes to offer us something. When the first dishes came up they only bring my dishes and not my wife's dishes... They only broght the bread after we asked for it. Then we had to ask for olive oil and balsamic vinager (they were putting all this on the other tables since the people got seated).
We appologized to the only one nice girl that was working very had there and she called the manager, who appologized and offerd us appetizers but we didn't take them.
At the end it was good but the neggining was not good as I described, even that the price was not cheap at all...
We saw an important number of waiters moving around but the organization of their job in general wasn't efficient at all, except for one of them that saved our San Valentine's night.
I had a fettuccini dish that was lightly dressed with lots of vegetables, plus salad soup and half a dessert. My weight always bounces up after eating out, but not with this. Very healthfully prepares, felt well satisfied but didn’t sit heavy in my stomach. Wonderful!
loved it, direction from parking was a little confusing
Salad was straight out of package. No big deal. Steak was good. Sides okay. Service excellent.
Great food, and the young servers were very well-trained, friendly and efficient. What a wonderful place for a relaxing, outstanding evening!
There was not a huge selection on the menu. They change the menu frequently which is nice but it wasn't what I expected.
Plus, the portions were a bit small including the appetizers.
We had a wonderful dinner! The food was delicious, the service attentive, & the views were gorgeous!
Christine was excellent!! She was very friendly and attentive. Although the menu is limited, the food is expertly prepared for nutrition and value. Highly Recommend!!
The waitress was friendly, busboy not as much. He never came around with pitcher to refill water. There are no options other than what is on the menu and how it is prepared. The one and only soup was not even edible, they had two salads to pick from. I asked if I could have mine without Chickpeas, nope can't do that they are all pre prepared. I found that shocking for such and expensive restaurant. The main entree was tasteless as in no flavor. My baked potato was dry and when I asked for extra butter, I received less than a teaspoonful. The best part of the dinner was the bread. I would not recommend for locals, perhaps those that are there for spa treatment with weight loss, because we left still hungry.
Exceeded my expectations in every way. High quality, nutritious spa cuisine priced to provide high value with soup, salad, and bread included along with the well-balanced meal. The live entertainment was over the top as he was truly a talent and made the evening much more special. Service was spot-on professional yet friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy good food, that's good for you in a lovely setting with all the accompaniments. Well done!
Canyon Breeze restaurant was exquisite. The expectations for dress is casual, while the cuisine is top notch. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The service staff is attentive and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs. A good chef knows how things should taste, and chef Chad is a complete master/magician/rock star with his command of his craft. If you are anywhere within a 200 mile radius of this restaurant, and you don't go...consider yourself a fool.
Not excited about our meal. Black Cod didn’t have much flavor. Salad bar disappointing. Server and bussers were good. Price was way too high for mediocre food.
We were seated right away. Great attention from bus people and waiters. Their cocktail menu was a little confusing, “it’s alcohol, but not really” he explained. We passed and went with a bottle of wine. Not a huge selection, but found a nice bottle. Very good soup/salad bar. I had not been to one in years and pleasantly surprised. If there was a downside it was the side dish with our meals. Described as a type of squash/potato, it had no flavour. Nice tasty deserts. Ambiance wise: They need to have their windows cleaned. I would return for sure
The food was awful. So disappointed. We went there a year ago and the food was great. They must’ve hired a new “cook”.
Buen Menu, la terraza es comoda y el servicio es muy bueno
Food was very good, service was very good. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area. Snow Canyon is awesome. Thought we would have a spectacular view as we dined but it was not to be. It was very windy the day we visited so we ended up sitting inside. After dinner we strolled around the outside dining area, again no view of the amazing red cliffs the location is known for. We walked around the resort which does have jaw dropping views. The ambiance of the restaurant was of a up scale dining hall. They did have live music in the background. Noise was low. Was very surprised that such a beautiful resort would no take advantage of the surroundings to accentuate the dining experience. Would I return for another meal....probably not...there are restaurants in the area that showcase the stunning vistas. At that price point one can do better. The Painted Pony, Cappeletti’s both have very very good food !!!!! No views but the food was amazing.
The service was A+++++, the ambience A+++++, salad bar A+++++, but the main dinner was very skimpy. The steaks were way too tiny....it was like a piece off of the main steak. Black Cod was okay, not my favorite.
Canyon Breeze Restaurant was a surprisingly good restaurant. We have searched the greater Saint George area for good restaurants. We would rank this one in our top 5. We had halibut. It was good. They served it with sautéed spinach and roasted cauliflower. They had an ample salad bar with good selections. They had a wonderful hot bread. The best desert item was banana bread pudding. Very good and I'm not a bread pudding fan.
This restaurant is part of a resort. It's away from the crowds and traffic in Ivins. We will go back and take a friend.
It was a very delightful experience, very fast attentive service with pleasant servers. I would recommend this place for nice dinner dining.
Absolutely out of control loud dining experience. The food was terrible and was given compensation for it. Not a very spa oriented environment or experience. Service was slow.
Decent food for St George. There just aren’t a lot of great options in tow.
Service was great, food bad! Dry chicken with no flavor. Will not be back.
I loved the live music and the food was phenomenal. This was one of the best restaurants I ate from in a really long time.
The food here isn't bad, and the service wasn't really bad either. It just felt like we were in a diner instead of a restaurant that was about to charge us around $90 for a meal for two people. The place lacks charm and the wait staff is ...kind of bored with the whole thing, or maybe understaffed and tired out or something like that. And the food isn't great, just ok. So next time we may try a diner.
Not what we expected. Husbands steak was maybe 1 inch thick and was so so.. Very small serving sizes. My chicken was quite dry. Baked potato was just warm, butter barely melted. The salad bar was ok, not many choices. Did not have the soup. Server was so so. The assistant to the server was much nicer and friendlier than the server. The atmosphere was none existent. Large open room, like a large dance room or something. We had a glass of wine, and a beer. Were never asked if we wanted another. Glad we did not stay here, will not be returning.
I’m so sorry to say that I really did not have a good experience here. First of all the service is absolutely outstanding. Our waitress Caitlyn was incredibly friendly and competent the bartender was very gracious as well. However, I did not enjoy the food. At all. The ambiance is off I felt like we were at a nursing home the way the tables were set up, the double exit emergency doors which clearly show this room was not built for a restaurant. We were seated at very low four top table literally hands reach to the bar. I ordered the sea bass with fingerling potatoes that was literally less than 3 oz of Sea Bass with four small thin slices of potatoes and half a can of sliced olives. The vegetable was not even cut properly the base of the stem connecting three broccoli was left on. No flavor everything was incredibly bland. My friend had the polenta lasagna that was a plate of mush. No texture and zero seasoning and flavor. I read amazing reviews and was so incredibly disappointed in this meal that was $50 pp. I am incredibly fortunate to live in Las Vegas and to have traveled the world that I may be spoiled but I truly felt as though I was eating a microwave meal.
Overrated, disorganized. In need of good management. Great potential.
An interesting restaurant. Limited food choices and modest (health conscientious) quantities.
On the premised that appear to be geared for Spa activity and health female get a ways , it was a good modestly priced choice. Not really meant for foodies or high end fine dining.
If you are looking for healthy dining it is a good spot. Restaurant is clearly geared to the resort's spa guests. Menu has just a handful of entree choices. Had the quail and it was nice. Beautiful views from the outside seating areas, surrounded by red rocks. Only a couple miles from Tuacahn if going to see a show. Very limited bar menu. Nice wait staff.
Went there for the first and enjoyed the meal as well as the people serving. Their menu's changes daily and they are open 364 days a year!
The food was overpriced & not tasty. I would not recommend this place to my friends. Great atmosphere & live entertainment was fantastic though.
What a wonderful experience we had at the restaurant, such fresh and healthy food choices!
Just happened upon it based on open table search- very healthy and tasty offerings. Excellent salad bar included (I’m not a salad bar fan but this was very good). Staff is really friendly.
