   Exceptional Dining Experience! From the moment I called to make a reservation, the service was outstanding. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive—both on the phone and in person. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and fantastic flavors. Every dish was prepared perfectly, making it a truly memorable meal. The atmosphere was equally wonderful—elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect setting for a great dining experience. What really stood out was the personalized attention from the team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon!

   Decided to go here because of the menu posted on their website. When we got there the menu was totally different. None of the items I wanted were on the new menu. Got the beef stew for soup and it was good. Ended up choosing the Osscobuco based on the server’s recommendation - a mistake. The mixed vegetables side was awesome but the Osscobuco not so much. First one was served with the inside COLD the second was kind of warm with no seasoning. The view was nice. The service was lackluster - not what you would expect from a restaurant like this.

   Spectacular view. Very pretty decor and food was good although they relay on fried lots of their stuff which is annoying if you want to stay on the healthy side. Aside from that, service was great and I’m happy there’s a new option in town for high end cuisine.

   Canvas was an amazing experience! The food was varied and delightful with local flavors as well as as a sophistication in its presentation. The service was excellent. Attentive And personal, with a change of place settings with every course. In addition they made sure everything was to your satisfaction. Alejandra, our server, was great. Michelle are Sommelier was great in helping pick out wines for three courses! Spot on! If you have not tried Canvas in San Juan, make sure you put it on your list.

    Full red carpet treatment my wife got cold and they not only were able to turn down the AC but they gave here a blanket to keep her warm. Had alcoholic and nonalcoholic (nonalcoholic wine) choices. As someone who quit drinking this was refreshing. Food and service was top notch all in all great service would definitely recommend.
