   I asked for cheese for my pasta. I told the assist that I like a lot of cheese. He seemed to be put out to grate the cheese. He kept telling me that he was done and asking me to agree but I told him I wanted more cheese he told me that if he kept on grating he would be grating his glove into my food which kinda surprised by his verbiage. I didn't really have that much cheese, I basically was on the top of my pasta. He then went back to get another piece of cheese which was so tiny. He started to grate the cheese again and told me I was done. I just really wanted him to go away as my food was now getting cold. I then ate some food which was now cold. I asked for a carry out box to wrap it. The server brought that box to me I put my food in the box and wanted to eat the sauce that was in my dish. I grabbed a piece of bread to eat the sauce and before I could dip it in the sauce, this same "assist" had taken my plate from me. I was surprised he didn't ask. He realized that he took it before I was done and wanted to return my plate back to me I told him no Thank you as I was grossed out that he took it and wanted to return it after he touched it with his dirty gloves. All and all, we love the food. The server was good. I just wish there was more communication from the assist and not so fast to take dishes. We will definitely return. My friends from California enjoyed the food as well. Just a little annoyed with the helper the server had.

   The food and service were very good. We have been going yo Cantoro’s Trattoria since they opened. We enjoy it very much. The quality of the food is always good. This restaurant is a Plymouth gem.

   It was a great experience. The food was excellent, and the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend them for a business lunch.

   We always love our experience at Cantoro. Lynn treated us like royalty, the kitchen outdid themselves. Our usual was even better than last time.

    Party of 6. Saturday night, 7:15pm reservation. Very slow service. Totally not the servers fault - not sure what the problem was. Food brought out erratically. Some mains were lukewarm at best. Slow drink service. Food tasted good. Would not rush back.
