Appetizer forgotten and brought with meal; made reservations for party of 5 and seated in booth that is probably intended for 4 but was able to make it work. Food and service ok. Return visit unlikely.

Not awesome. Chips with salsa served in a paper cup. Slow to get our food and even when we did, it wasn’t great. Crispy tacos were soggy and it seemed like it had sat under a heat lamp. Server was likable, but I can’t say we’d like to go back.

We were very disappointed with our experience on Saturday, March 3, 2018 (which was surprising because we've dined at this place before and had zero issues.) First, when our party arrived they told us they couldn't find our reservation (which I made online) so we had to wait for them to find a table for us. When we were seated we put in our drink order...which took quite awhile to arrive at our table. When the drinks came we put in our food order...which took over AN HOUR to get to us. During this time, nobody came back to our table to check on us or give us an update on our food. My sister finally went and asked someone and shortly thereafter our food arrived. Our food was cold and you could tell it was sitting under heat lamps for a while. So disappointed and so not worth the money we spent. Did I mention we had children at our table with us? Thankfully they did quite well waiting. I don't think my family will ever dine at this place again. This experience was just too much for us. We'd rather spend our money at a place that appreciates their customers.

The service was very slow due to not enough staff on hand. This is a huge turn-off for me and my wife. That being said, the food was excellent.

No hostess. Seat yourself despite having made reservations. Soda was flat, food was marginal and expensive. Server tried to make the best off it and was decent.

We have come to MOA once a year for the last 13 years and have eaten at Cantina #1 every year before attending the comedy club. The quality of the food and the ambiance of the restaurant has slowly declined. We decided this was our last year eating at MOA Cantina #1. There are too many other restaurants there to not be completely satisfied with your experience.

They did not manage their reservations the night of the Mayweather fight. They tried to charge us $30 a person for a table of 6. The bouncer was rude and insensitive. At least one hostess cared, but they had no room for us. Very dissapointed.
