    Went out for my daughters 21st birthday dinner. I was very impressed with the service, Ashley was awesome! Dinner was wonderful as well. I am vegan and they are one of the best places for vegan options. They had something for everyone in my party, which is a huge bonus! Thank you Cantina Laredo for a great night!

    Holiday lunch for 2 on a weekday. Ambiance was great, and our server was very helpful. The food was OK, not great - some dishes better than others. Drinks were very good. Bartender was also serving tables in the bar area, though, so getting drinks took too long. Overall, we'll definitely go back for another try.

    So, we went to this restaurant because we ate at same restaurant in Branson MO. The Branson location was fantastic. First, we were seated in a dark corner next to a loud couple. When our server came, we asked if we could move to the high tops in the bar for the view. She said no problem. After we were seated in the bar the hostess noticed we had moved and came over and started to scold us because: no one was notified that we moved." I quickly corrected her and told her our server said it was ok. She seemed unhappy and never changed our server to a bar server as a result we had to wait very long for everything as our server was in the main dining room serving as well. We ordered the Ceviche and the Relleno de Camarones. The Ceviche was dry, bland and very small. The Relleno de Camarones was terrible. The dish was not creamy and the poblano pepper was almost raw. We had both dishes at the Branson restaurant, and they were so good we went back twice for the same dishes. Since this is a chain were expecting the same quality and service at the VA beach location. Sadly, that is not the case. The VA beach location needs to talk to the Branson location to find out what they are doing wrong.

    We had another great dinner @ Cantina Laredo. Our server, Sebastian, was attentive and engaging. The food was delicious, I had the carne tacos and my husband had the Acapulco. We had the Cantina Mojito and Cantina Mule, both great. We always have the Churros for dessert and they never disappoint. We’ll be back!

    Will not be going back. Front of the house (hostess) and bartenders were great. Or server was just okay...needed constant prompting although she wasn't slammed with tables. Drinks were over priced and the food was underwhelming. Took 45 minutes to get guacamole, entrees served cold, mahi mahi taco's were good, but they are small mini street taco's. Just not worth a $150 bar bill and a $150 dinner bill.

    Enjoyed dinner on the front patio - only problem was our second round of drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and we were almost done with our dinner before they came. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

    Came here for the first time for my brothers birthday brunch and not only was our waitress Ms.Coke phenomenal but the food was fantastic and highly recommend coming for their monday drink special $5 ! Definitely can’t wait to come back again and have Ms.Coke service us

    The food was good. Don’t really have much to say about the experience besides…We ordered table side guacamole, but it wasn’t made at our table. A woman just brought it over, placed it on the table and when we tried to ask her about it, she couldn’t hear us because she was listening to a voice note on her phone lol.

    Well the good news was that we made reservations via open table because for how horrible their food is at this restaurant there was a long wait. We got seated right away. Server was friendly, and drinks were good. Our order was incorrect we received steak fajitas instead of chicken and the steak was awful. Over cooked. Stringy. Couldn’t even take a bite without ripping everything out of the tortilla. Had about 2 bites of food before asking for the check (clearly not liking the food) but was never asked if everything was ok. So basically come here if you want to have a $75 margarita and stare at your food. *UPDATE* I was contacted via social media by the restaurant and asked to give them a second chance. We went again, and the service was phenomenal. Our server was named Coke and she made sure to accurately get our order, inform the chef, and double check it before she brought it to the table. The food was significantly better (we got chicken this time - as we ordered that originally the first visit). I appreciated them reaching out. Everyone has an off day so I’m glad we gave it another shot. Kudos to the management staff and whomever runs their social.

    It had a great vibe and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. He didn’t know much about the menu when we asked simple questions … Ex: Is the mahi mahi on the taco fried or blackened? However, he was quick to ask and return with the answer. The fish in the taco was dry, over cooked and seemed shredded. The quesadilla was nothing special and the margaritas were ok but not great. Such a disappointment because it’s a beautiful place and could be a great restaurant. We won’t return.
