Cantina La Veinte
With the leading role, we have our monumental bars along with one of the larges tequila and mezcal selection in town and our bar manager created delicious and sophisticate cocktails.
Every cantina is a cultural expression of the place where it is found.
Gastronomy-wise, we have an extensive menu of Mexican Cuisine dishes, offering representative dishes of each state of the country, with traditional techniques and recipes (handmade tortilla, sauces made in a molcajete ), along with avant-garde techniques such as vacuum cooking, spherification, foam, etc. We constantly update our menu and the chef’s recommendations with new and top quality ingredients.

Too expensive for the quality of food. You can dine at a much better rest. For same or less money
The food,fresh and delicious!!
The service needs improvement, first the hostess was too busy to care that we were standing in front of her for about five minutes before she acknowledged us, our waitress Thalia with her attitude make us feel unwelcome as well.
Food was ok, 2 out of 4 foods we ordered didn't like to much.
Cantina always guarantees you a fun time! The food is fun and exciting and the entertainment is top notch. The mariachis are fantastic. I take one star off for service because the hostess gave me a bad attitude about being 15 min late, despite my sincerest upfront apologies. She told me my table was no longer available. and didn't ask if I wanted to wait for another. You should always treat your customer with kindness and respect.
Overall good but we order first the apetizers and then the entres and they brought one entre at the beginning so we return it and instead of making a new one they gave us the old that was sitting ther for a while and tasted awfull.
My husband and I went for 7:15 dinner with another couple. The dress code said Miami chic. Well, there were trashy looking people in cut offs and bathing suits. Too expensive for the loud music and noise. We couldn’t hear our selves speak. Okay for a lively bar, but no one well dressed there.... food was good, but overpriced.
The ladies (hostess) definetly need to learn a thing or two. They tried sitting us in the bottom floor where they was no one. We said absolutely not. So when we went back upstairs they were so rude. The hostess said they had 200 reservation and they could not sit us. I said i have reservations. She said i needed to specify where to sit. After all this agony another lady came and told us that we could sit but only for a 2 and half hour window because they had another party coming. We said yes. At the end there was empty tables and we were never rushed. I still wonder what was this all about and the unessafy rudeness.
Not to crazy about the food of the brunch. I would of preferred to have ordered from the menu.
Drinks were great only if made at the bar. Service was poor as they did not feel like serving you - they wanted you out as soon as you got in. Food over priced - not that great considering its such a huge kitchen and have some experienced chefs.
Best Mexican restaurant I have ever ate at. Highly recommend the ribeye. Nothing less than amazing.
Booked a table for a birthday celebration. The service is always OK but the food is mediocre, just ridiculous for two vegetables to pay $30. We went there only to wait for the mariachi, who are AMAZING!!!!!!
They start at 9 pm till 11. I hated to pay for the disgusting food but I loved the mariachi who sang songs for my birthday boy. So, in general don't go there hungry because you will not get ANYTHING tasty or unique but the mariachi, the ambiance, the crowd is worth it...for a special occasion.
Very good ambience, live music, lot of nice people
Mariachis experience should be just 1 or 2 songs. You can even talk with the one in front of you because of the noise.
Excessively loud, but it’s fun and vibrant. Great food. Guard your drinks, though ... staff is quick to clear them before they’re empty and then ask if you want another. We left wondering if it was strategic.
Excellent services and mariachis group.
The food was very good too.
Drinks are terrible, mostly. The Marg
The service was very poor. We had to ask 3 times for chips. It was almost as if they could
Care less and didn’t want us there
I went for my birthday so I thought it would be special. However, the service was absolutely terrible and ruined the experience. As excellent as the food was, I feel bad for the chef. You could see how much effort the cook staff placed versus the hosting/wait staff. Loved the food but I won’t be back.
The best of Cantina la Veinte were the drinks, the ambience and the decoration. We had excellent Margaritas!
Nice site to meet with your friends, decoration, environment and service.
very creative and delicious dishes, I recommend it for a pleasant time
Always excellent atmosphere and service!! Margaritas are too sweet!!
Awesome as always.
Got seated against our will in the downstairs outside area which is like going to a totally different restaurant. The top inside area is our usual experience at this restaurant and is much more pleasant. But i must say, they always try and seat us in that terrible downstairs area and we have to practically say we are leaving so they seat us in the nice area. This time we were jet lagged and didn’t feel like arguing for a table. Our mistake! Dinner experience was terrible, terrible enough for us to not ever come again after years of going there.
Food was not good at all. No a/c so it was very hot and the music was blasting and not even commercial free!!!
The only positive thing i can say is that the waiter was patient with my clearly upset mood.
Lots of fun for a ladies night out
Great food, great service, nice location. Extremely overpriced though.
Had a wonderful time celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary (gift from our son). Great place, friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the music and the mariachis. Great fun!
The food was very good when they opened the Restaurant and became less quality, but I know what to order so everything went well tacos de Lechon, tacos de Langosta and mole poblano.
The best is the list of tequilas, I think more than 100 , the waiter insisted we order grilled octopus when we wanted to eat Mexican food (?). He didn't recommend the mole poblano when in my opinion is one of the good dishes they have in the menu . He surprisingly said they don't have chicken breast and then he came back with chicken breast and mole . Strange .
The service was very good and the place is fantastic.
18% of service charge without saying anything, and then they give you just the credit card Boucher so you add the tip!!!!!! Do they want a 40% tip or what????
Best tacos !! loved the Rib eye and the octopus tacos !!
We had a family and friends meeting with great food, ambiance and service!!! Pretty expensive but other than that was excellent!!!!!
Mariachi band was really fun but too loud, kind of hard to talk! Food was ok but probably a little overpriced
Staff was great, gave us a table with a nice view as requested outside the moment i placed the reservation.
Great experience as always.
Very good, beautiful place
Excellent ambiance! The restaurant is gorgeous inside and the golden theme is magnificent. The food here is so-so and was not to my expectations. Service is exceptional.
The staff and waiter were absolutely phenomenal!!!! Will always keep coming back!!!!
