   The service was extremely slow, although we were the only people (8) in the restaurant. The waiter/owner/manager (not sure) took our order. Food took forever to get to our table, once the food arrived (45mins) he gave the plates to the wrong person on our table. Quality of food was not good, dessert was still frozen, and the espresso, was watered down to American coffee consistency. Will not go back again. Very disappointed.

   The waitstaff brought our check before the entrees were served, this was after waiting an unusually long (over 45 minutes) time for an empty restaurant on a Saturday night. The waitstaff was unaware our entree's were never served, hence not even coming by to check on us during the wait. We were offered a free dessert for the mix-up and the tiramisu that was served was completely frozen. The pasta meals that were served had sauce that was very bland. The calamari appetizer was not fresh, had a previously frozen taste to it. The cocktails were good, but the waitstaff needs to be trained on how to serve a bottle of wine.

   The food was excellent, especially the pizza. They also pour a good drink. And the service of Rose was great as well.

   If I could give zero stars I would. We had the worse dining experience here on a Friday evening with an early reservation at 5pm. There was only one other table filled. Our waiter who was obviously not trained well, let us know that the Specials of the Day menu was not yet available. We ordered the Bruschetta app, a Salad to split and their Polenta Chicken Ragu dish. The restaurant began to get busy and our waiter disappeared. After 25 minutes and no appetizer or salad and realizing that others were being served food, I went up to the front to inquire. Within 5 minutes we received the bruschetta but not from our server. It was dry, no olive oil, and the bread was not toasted. I had to again go up to the front to ask for the remainder of our order after more time went by and no food. It was a Frdiay evening and the restaurant was then full. The Polenta Ragu arrived but was with a white sauce and not a Ragu. I asked the waiter what happened and was told that the Chef prepared it differently tonight. Well, it was not good at all. The polenta was grainy and gummy The sauce had a good flavor but did not pair well with the polenta. The shredded chicken was scarce. Salad?, yes had to get up and ask for it again. A painful 75 minutes! This seemed to be an all around mess. Manager, cook and waiter problems result in my not ever returning.

   Nice neighborhood restaurant with outdoor seating available. The service was excellent and the food was very good.

   Love this Restaurant, however, they need more help. It appeared our Waitress was responsible for the entire Restaurant, inside and outside tables. Needless to say there were long delays between serving of food courses. This was on a Mondy evening and the Restaurant was busy. Our food was excellent, wine excellent and dessert was delicious. Happy Hour is from 4:00-6:00pm. We were seated at 5:15pm, however, we had to find a person to take our drink and appetizer order, it was 5:44pm and no one had yet been to our table to take an order.

   Poor Service / Good Food - We had a party of 9 people on Friday evening when music was playing. We were seated indoors. It took three hours for us to complete our meal. Luckily we were not in a huge hurry but we needed to keep getting up to find the waitress to ask her to take our orders, get extra stuff, give us our check, etc... I don't think I should have to chase down the wait staff. That being said, it was probably really busy with the music group playing outside and the food was really good. They probably need to add more wait staff on the weekends.

    Made reservations and their power was out, you would think that you would be contacted about such things... went to station 34 instead.. was great!
