Our waiter literally forgot about us and after waiting an hour for the check, I had to have the bartender close us out. Omelet was overcooked and vibe was confusing- the decor is cute but there were barefoot children everywhere headed to the pool, not really conducive for a legit brunch. Odd experience overall

Came with some friends for DineLA and had a great time. It was my first time at Canopy Club. My friends and I have gone to Etta a few times but have never seen this place. The ambience was so nice in the evening. Service was awesome, our server was very knowledgeable. Food was amazing and nice proportions we were able to share. Will definitely come back!

Dinner date with wifey. It was a great experience to dine in rooftop environment with fresh air and beautiful atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and the food was superb. We discovered the Canopy Club through Dine LA.

Great food and vibes. Parking is $15 for valet and appears they don’t have any other options which is disappointing. I asked the valet, front desk, and restaurant and they all said this was the only option for parking in the area.

Delicious food and drinks. Service was poor, we had to flag down for help a lot no one really approached us or asked us how we were doing it if we were ready to order. Manager asked us how everything was we complimented the food and kindly mentioned the poor service. He was very apologetic, and comped us our drinks and food. It was really nice of him, and we still left a big tip. Overall great experience, and beautiful setting!

What a great new restaurant at the top of a brand new Hyatt. It’s a beautiful venue. Great vibe and beautiful people. The food is AMAZING ! Drinks are only Ok and over priced. Valet parking is $15 for three hours and ONKY accepts credit cards. The restaurant is great for friends night or date night. Will go again

Good for people looking to lounge by the pool or get drinks with friends in a chic setting and don't really care about the quality or taste of food. Or about efficient service (waiters were friendly and smiley but there's something off in their communication with the kitchen staff, who eventually--well, maybe if you're lucky--bring out your order). We got the Rosemary fries, Tuna Crudo, and Spicy Herb salad as appetizers and the Avocado tacos, Umami Salmon, and CC Burger as our mains. Everything except the fries, burger, and tuna crudo were actively BAD tasting. The $24 Tuna Crudo was just OK. The $22 burger and $8 fries were about equal in taste to what you'd get at In n Out. On the positive side, everything looked pretty and stylish, and the heat lamps worked so we didn't get cold. But yeah, this is not the place to go if you want a decent meal.

Didn't start out great. Got their promptly at 7 which was our reservation time. Was told they were fully booked and our table would need to be vacated by 8:15 for another reservation. What? She went and talked to her manager and we got our timeless table. Then we had two servers (??) One took a fry order which arrived, the other took a calamari order which didn't. All four of us wanted the same drink so we ordered a $75 carafe. It filled four glass to about 3/4 full. It would've been cheaper to order 4 individual drinks. She did end up charging us that way stating 'they had just changed their carafes and they were supposed to provide enough for 5 drinks. Food was standard. Nothing to write home about. What's really cool is the space. Nice vibes, beautiful. Too bad you only can valet park for $20. We all decided it wasn't worth it to visit again. One and done.

We were excited to meet friends for a nice Sunday supper. The rooftop environment is perfect for an LA summer eve. The 4 of us each ordered different house cocktails and each loved our choices. The servers were all pleasant and very attractive I might add. The food came out in a timely manor and was hot fresh and yummy. The Crispy Fish sandwich was a winner, and I loved my steak. So good! We look forward to our next visit. Culver City is luck to have a chic spot like this.

First negative review ever and this is very negative. Went in order to have a nice lunch with a friend. We gave our order to our waiter, who definitely had an attitude. I asked if I could side order bread or rolls to go with a salad. He said that they could not do that and that it would be a big deal; he would have to talk to the Chef. Appetizers came but no main dishes up to 45 min later. During that time we politely asked other waiters and a busboy to either help us or to bring us the manager. Finally, I said that we were going to give them five minutes and then we were going to walk out That finally prompted a manager who was very sweet and explained that our order had got lost in the work shift. 15 15 minutes later we did have our lunch which was not very tasty, nothing original and I guess if the roof terrace is the big thing, maybe that will get them through. Totally corporate feeling.

Walked in and seated ourselves per sign. Waited a while and eventually grabbed our own menus. Server came by and got a coffee order, she dropped them off and just never returned for the rest of our orders. After 20 min of sitting there just went to the bar, paid for the coffees and left. Planned to eat and hang at the pool all day, but we were so frustrated with service I don’t plan on returning.

Food menu is quite limited and not very enticing. Food quality was fine, cocktails were fine. Service was haphazard and they automatically charge add an 18% gratuity to the bill and then when checking out try to bait you into “double tipping”. Very lack luster experience and not worth a second visit. I would call it at “Don’t bother” nice try but will not return.

The service was world class. The view magnificent The black kale salad was equivalent to a 3 star Michelin rate The grilled salmon had been burnt completely on one side and had burn zebra strikes in the other side, which obviously spoiled the taste.
