    It was definitely the highlight of my trip to Vegas atmosphere was excellent; the food was terrific the waiter was very attentive, making sure everything was to our liking 10/10. It's a must for me to come back whenever I'm in Vegas. Shoutout to Rafa!

    I had just come here a few weeks prior with my mom for Mother’s Day brunch and loved it. So I went back with a friend for dinner and didn’t know it was possible for the food to taste even better! The service was amazing and the enchiladas were to die for. Now I have to bring my mom back there for dinner!

    Everything was outstanding, aside from the singing gondolier (I asked for a seat by the water, not realizing they had gondoliers). Raymond was our waiter, and he was fantastic: Kind, personable, and considerate. Definitely recommend eating here, and would return.

    If you want a delicious meal served by great staff that makes you feel like you’re getting an awesome deal, eat somewhere else. We started with margaritas and a queso fundido to share. The tiny appetizer was out and half gone by the time we received our drinks. We asked then for more tortillas to finish up the dip, but they arrived after the cheese was too cold and hard to dip. We also got the taco flight. These were underwhelming. The pork had absolutely zero flavour or seasoning. Our bill was nearly $100 for margaritas and two appetizers. Won’t be returning.

    Would return for a margarita and the ahi tuna app and the mussels. Nothing else was good. Our server was not stellar. It’s sad that it’s hard to find good help. Our server was not engaged. He couldn’t keep up with just the few tables he had. Drink refills, hot sauce request, other basics, he was challenged. The host was the same too. He ignored us! We were standing right in front of him, he was wiping down menus, and could have cared less that we were there. And before you think I’m being snippy, he knew we were there! He looked right at me! I gave him my name for our reservation and then he just continued to wipe. Anyway, go for a good drink. I recommend the jalapeño and pineapple margaritas.

    We made reservation and got seated right away when we checked in. The staff were very friendly and food was good. Ambience was great. Our server suggested my husband different sauces to try with his entree. Overall, the restaurant is good and I would recommend.

    Such a pretty dining place by the indoor gondola! Very romantic setting. We had tacos and tortilla salad, nicely done. Service is great. Price is reasonable for the nice view. Highly recommended.

    Our party of 5 had dinner at Cañonita on a Monday evening and had a fantastic time! The restaurant is located inside of the Venetian shops, right along the canal which made for a really unique atmosphere. From the very beginning, our server was exceptional - my partner requested a mezcal flight (which was not offered on the menu) and he made it happen! He also offered me extra mole with my meal! Everything that we ordered was delicious from the drinks to the two types of ceviche to our entrees and dessert. The portion sizes of the entrees were also quite substantial. If you're looking for some delicious and comforting Mexican food, I definitely recommend Cañonita!

    I came here the night after my birthday to eat with my girlfriend. We arrived about an hour before closing- so it was pretty calm and quiet. The host sat us next to the water where the gondola rides are held- which was very nice. They have amazing mojitos! Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. Our main dish of chicken enchiladas were amazing. I had a great time and I would definitely come here again!

    The food and drinks were great! We enjoyed ourselves! The problem was the person at the door would not honour our reservation and we had to sit at the bar. I booked a table for 2 almost one week prior, but when we arrived there was a private event and they were not able to seat us in the dining area. We were offered seats at the bar. During our discussion, I asked the front desk person if our reservation meant anything and they answered that no, our reservation did not mean a thing. There was no offer of a drink or a discount, just that we could sit at the bar. This person was very rude-there was no apology, just a curt “we don’t care.” For reference, our reservation was for Wednesday May 17 at 7:15 pm, if management cares to investigate the rude greeter. Otherwise, the food was great and the service was fine. It is not likely that I would ever book that restaurant again… too many other nice spots in Vegas.

    Great food and experience. Only disappointment was - I mentioned in the note that we were celebrating and 50th birthday and also pre wedding celebration. Neither was acknowledge and no mention was ever said. Was hoping for a little special treatment for occasion but nothing happened

    Usually Canonita is great but this trip was an exception. Our queso was so overcooked we couldn't cut it (yes, queso should be a dip). It was hard as a rock.

    We had such a great time!! We showed up early and they took us right in. We sat right on the water and it was beautiful! The food was delicious and our server was so kind and attentive. We will be telling everyone about our new favorite spot.

    We had a reservation for 830 and we were seated promptly, outside as requested. Placed our orders and unfortunately waited almost 45 for our meals to arrive. I ordered shredded beef, got chicken instead. Server offered to have the food returned but as we had already waited so long I kept the dish. 15% was taken off the bill unsolicited. Food was good, but overall the experience was pretty meh.

    I’d dined at Canonita a few years ago & had a great experience. Not so last night. Very mediocre food & the service was so slow even though it wasn’t an overly busy night. My enchiladas arrived lukewarm & under seasoned. For the price, there are way better places in Vegas.
