   I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my recent experience at Cañonita Mexican Restaurant. While the food was great and the atmosphere was lively, my evening was overshadowed by the behavior of our server, Roberto. As a married woman, I found his comments and conduct extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. He repeatedly made flirtatious remarks, ignored the presence of my husband, and even touched my arm unnecessarily while speaking to me. His behavior crossed professional boundaries and made what should have been a fun night out feel awkward and unsettling

   Great spot on the “canal,” excellent chicken mole and quesadilla, friendly efficient service. Fun to have the gondoliers floating by!

   Not as good as an experience as our last visit in October 2023. Several items removed from the menu and now charge $5 for chips and salsa. Probably wouldn’t go back.

   We were satisfied overall with the food and drinks. The beef short ribs were delicious and moist and tender definitely order again. The pork barbacoa was missing traditional seasoning. I would recommend the pineapple margarita.

   Whenever we’re in Las Vegas, Canonita is our go to restaurant for Mexican food. I especially love their jalapeño margarita. The service is outstanding as well.

   We were happy to return to Canonita. The menu had changed and they took off some of the dishes we liked before (fajitas) but now that they were back, we decided to try it again. Carlos was our server and he was fantastic. The food was outstanding and we were happy to be back. Thank you.

   Seated at a table overlooking the canal and the gondola rides. It was nice with free entertainment listening to the opera! Ordered the glazed salmon. Good portion and delicious. My waiter was attentive and nice. Reasonable price. Nice ambience.

    We made reservations for 12pm around 11:30 am. Got us in & sat us by the water. A must go while in Vegas! Staff was great. Get the queso fundido with chicken for appetizer. I got the carne asada - amazing. Overall great restaurant. Will be back!
