Excellent ambiance at this establishment! Ms. Betty was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions, as she remained attentive to ensure my wife and I enjoyed our anniversary. We will most definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! Lots to do besides having an amazing dinner in a fancy restaurant. There’s an outside bar and seating right along the Chattahoochee. I have realized weekend nights is a lot louder in the restaurant comparable to eating during the week. But definitely recommend for a birthday or anniversary.

My husband and I celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary at Canoe. We had never eaten there before. When I made the reservation, I listed that it was our anniversary in the section that asks about special occassions expecting little to nothing to be done with that information. When we were seated the menus we were handed had Happy Anniversary written in gold across the top and when our waiter walked up he also promptly wished us a happy anniversary. The food was excellent and better than we could have anticipated. We truly enjoyed being seated out on the patio near the river at such a lovely location. When dessert came it also had Happy Anniversary written on the plate in chocolate. I know we both appreciated the attention to detail and the overall excellence of the meal. We have birthdays in the Fall and expect to be back.

It was fun celebrating my birthday at Canoe. The kangaroo was something else, with flavors I had not tasted before. For the main dish, I chose the rabbit and loved the Gruyère ravioli and char that came with it. They serve the rabbit without the bone, so it was much easier to eat and more enjoyable than usual. The panna cotta for desert was tasty as well. Service was very attentive and polite, seating in our booth was comfortable and the grounds were beautiful. 10/10!

Very nice to see "Happy Anniversary" on the menus and on the dessert. The complementary breads were outstanding; the appetizers were outstanding; the desserts were outstanding; the service was outstanding; but . . . the entrees were disappointing. Salmon and the pork chop. We wanted them to be good, but they just were not.
