Welcome to CANNON CHINESE KITCHEN! What makes our concept different? We are not your typical Chinese restaurant (American or Traditional). We utilize fresh produce and quality meats prepared with unique Chinese ingredients in our creation of flavorful dishes. There is a major emphasis on freshness and quality - many dishes and sauces are prepared from scratch. Set in a restored 1930s home, striking wallpaper and plush furniture help create a fun environment with the warmth of dining at grandma's.

This was our third trip to Cannon, and we were duly impressed by the first two visits. It had been a while since our last visit, and it seemed to us the dishes weren't quite as nuanced or adventurous as our earlier stops.

This may be my new favorite spot for a business meeting. The food was fresh and the prices reasonable. The service was attentive. But imagine - being able to hold a conversation and actually hear the person sitting across from you without yelling. Love the ambience.

Everything we had was amazing! We had the pork dumplings w/ red oil, shrimp balls, pork ribs and spicy noodles w/shrimp. Excellent food and service.

Had several dishes, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed, but the squid, Taiwanese chicken & duck stir-fry were truly outstanding, as was the very professional attention we received from our waitstaff, Michael B. This place never disappoints & is consistently excellent. We will definitely return & can highly recommend.

More traditional dishes than last few times. I suspect it is because the typical FW dinner only likes Chinese food that they can find in any Chinese restaurant in FW. Please go back to being different than any other restaurant found in town.

Cannon never disappoints, we love it and all the choices. The food is awesome, we have tried everything and usually get 7 or 8 things, sometimes more, also great cocktails!
