   Made a reservation through open table yet when we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation even though I had the email confirmation. The manager was rude about it and I’m not even sure why as there were several unused tables. Not a nice way to greet customers. The server was embarrassed by him, but she was very kind and great at her job. The water bottle left at the table was full of fingerprints so obviously had not been cleaned between use. The food was ok, price was fair. Besides the server, there is no reason to ever visit this place again.

I’m also sorry to hear that the employee’s response wasn’t professional, though I’m glad our server was able to provide a positive experience.    We had a lovely meal. Food prepared just right. Great portion size . Jeff B our server was FABULOUS. Great attitude, timing and anticipation. We’ll go back for sure.

   Wonderful experience, our server was very attentive and kind, even moving us to a better table unprompted. The menu was delicious and put together very well.

   Delicious, attentive, friendly. Could not ask for more. We had a wonderful Valentine's dinner with a fixed menu. Every part of the meal was fantastic. They even handed out roses <3

   Great food and services. We always enjoy dinner at the Cannery. Food is always good and we always have greater service from the servers!

   Our server was very good. My husband ranked the fried calamari at a 9 out of 10, and his dinner 6 out of 10. He had the club sandwich. He said there was nothing special about it. Could have been something he made at home… and better. I would give the same ranking for my dinner. I had one of their “signature dish” Cannery burger. I’ve had it before and it’s been better. I wasn’t satisfied with it that night. I was glad there was no tax as the meal with an 18% tip came to $89. If I walked away satisfied I wouldn’t be bothered at the price. however, I am bothered by the price.

    It was a nice cafeteria style experience. I had been expecting something nicer for those prices and was quite disappointed with the overall experience.
