The service from the Host to the Manager was “deteriorating chaos” in the words of Justin, the manager, who left in the middle of the dinner shift while another table of a group of 9 was being seating in 2 different tables in 2 different sections which we, as guests, saw happening and offered to move one table over so they could be together, tho which the servers then decided to argue about in front of all of us. This was after our salad came out (not by our server) 6 minutes before my husband’s drink-which was not made correctly-was served to him by another server, my drink would take another 6 minutes despite their being ordered together and would be delivered by yet another staff member. After those deliveries and still not being checked on by our waiter we asked another server walking by to speak to the manager. We explained to him that we didn’t know what the issue was seeing as how the restaurant was less than 1/2 full and he apologized and mentioned that it was “deteriorating chaos” that had begun about and hour and a half prior and they had yet to get it figured out. He offered to comp our food and fix my husbands drink. We weren’t looking for comped food, but rather a traditional dining experience with customer service and accurate food and beverage delivery with respect to the order and timing. The bottle of wine we had ordered was delivered by another server who set the glasses on the table, opened the bottle and then proceeded to overfill both of the glasses without so much as verifying the bottle we had ordered. Our pizza was delivered by yet another server, we asked for additional basil that wasn’t delivered until the last piece was about to be eaten and our server finally came back over to check on us and we asked her for the basil and ordered a pizza to go, as we had explained we would be doing at the beginning of the meal. That pizza was delivered originally to the wrong table, I realized what was happening since we had moved tables and went

Was excited to bring my family visiting from Germany to Cane Rosso but it was a fail from beginning to end. Took forever to get waters, then we were ghosted for awhile. A replacement server advised us that our original server was sick (yikes!). We finally ordered food that took much longer than it should have considering the pizza is advertised as taking 90 seconds to cook. We ordered a kids pizza first when we got our water because we had a hungry 4 year old in tow. Sadly, we had to ask for the kids pizza FOUR times, it arrived last & too hot for any kid to eat. We asked for the kids pizza to be comped due it being forgotten but we were denied, with no alternative course to remedy the situation. The tip was reflective of our service level which then the server felt they needed to come ask us why. Never have I experienced a server coming to patrons to discuss the tip received. It was asked what could have been done better & we brought up our ask to take off the kids pizza, a request that was denied. Not trying to be jerks but definitely expected way better service level from Cane Rosso. This was wholly disappointing & not the experience I wanted for my family or anyone else.

Delicious pizza in a casual atmosphere. Italian style crust is the best—not many restaurants can make it, but Cane Rosso can. Also, they accommodated our larger party easily which was very nice.

Our dinner took awhile but we had time so that was ok. My pizza was burnt on one side but the others liked their dinner. We ordered 2 deserts which took a long while but only one came. Our server said she forgot to order it and she gave us the check about 15 minutes before our desert came. Just not professional over all.

Ok the customer service was fine but our server forgot to mention a few things that sort of mad some of my party frustrated. My dad ordered the PJB and he said it was almost ghost pepper hot but pickled jalapeños arent that hot, and then my friend ordered a root beer thinking it would come in a cup as a fountain drink but it came in a bottle meaning it was more expensive. They don’t have, Or didn’t give us, any fountain drink menus so we had no idea what they had and nothing showed us it would come in a bottle. When she asked for the price we were told $2.99 but it was actually $3.50 which isn’t much to trip over. Overall we had a really good time and the calamari was the best I ever had along with the spinach did (which I normally don’t eat)

Pizza was a bit underwhelming as compared to Cavalli. The dark chocolate pudding didn’t seem to have any dark chocolate - seemed more like milk chocolate. Service was super slow.

We were on an Easter date and really enjoyed the food. Everything we ordered turned out great. Unfortunately, we got an apology for service about 15 minutes into our date when we first met our server. We had gotten waters when we initially sat down by other staff, which was great. We ordered everything at once since we had delayed service. We got all of our food timely delivered to us by other servers. We hadn’t gotten our drinks yet though. Eventually we decided to ask another server to grab our beers at the bar that had been sitting there 10-15 minutes. At the end of our date, we got apologized to again for the service. We are both pretty laid back diners, so it was disappointing that the food was so good but the service was so poor. I had been to Cane Rosso before and love the food and typically get good service. This was my boyfriend’s first time going, so I wanted it to be a go-to spot for us in the future. Especially since we just adopted a Cane Rosso Rescue puppy. Unfortunately, my boyfriend said he wouldn’t go back due to the service.

Our waiter appeared to have a million tables located all over the place. Still he was pretty good. Although we would have ordered 8 more expensive drinks if he had coke back when we needed them. So that’s about $80 lost in revenue and $12 or so in additional tip. Our favorite was Billy Ray Valentine

Pot server was helpful and worked to make our lunch experience a good one. We all got the pizza Lunch special. The pizza was large and the salad tiny. I would have liked a smaller pizza and a bigger salad. We were all shocked at the size of the salad. The dessert two of our diners ordered was quite large. Another sizing challenge for Cane Rosso.
