Soggy pizza and rude service! Really slow and especially since there are only like 20 tables!! Waitress had an attitude!
Our 8-year-old friend enjoyed celebrating her birthday here. It was a Friday night and very energized. Our server, Titan, was always there when needed. Jeff, the Manager, had everything ready for our party of 15. We all had a grand time! Thank you.
We were excited to try Cane Russo because we had heard good things from friends. I think the Allen location must be a very different experience than White Rock. The place looked as if it had been ransacked when we arrived for an early dinner following our movie. It had obviously been a busy afternoon with many young patrons and they had yet to make a full recovery. The television was on a sports station and it was so loud that we could not hear each other or the waiter -- and we were not seated close to the bar. The market salad was a little off for me with cold potatoes and raw green beans. The pizza was a highlight, but not worth screaming over the TV surrounded by dirty tables. We will not be back.
Unfortunately we didn't have the best experience. They were out of both basil, the main herb used on their pizzas, and mushrooms. It wasn't that crowded so running out of ingredients before 7:30pm on a Saturday night is poor planning by management
Excellent food as usual. Only suggestion is to offer more California red wine.
Pizza is always fresh and we love the dough! Salads are excellent. Appetizers are very creative!
The pizza and food is very good with fresh high quality ingredients. We are always very satisfied with our dinners and the service.
They took very good care of 10 sophomores that had dinner before homecoming dance. My favorite pizza restaurant!
The food and service were both great. The decor is fun and comfortable.
Just LOVE their pizza!
Located in a continuously shopping district, they were out of several items on the menu.
On a Saturday evening.
Great food, service, & environment; also we had Friday reservations at 7:30pm thru Opentable, it was ready when we go there ~7:20pm; great night overall!!!
Always great pizza, great apps and attentive service. Had a fun family night out!
What a great crew from the hostess to the wait staff to the kitchen. Great job thanks for making my first visit and birthday so enjoyable!
Good pizza. Have and will continue to come back.
Food was good. Only negative was they didn't give us new plates for pizza (appetizer, salad and pizza with no change of plate)
You can always count on good food and good service here. One of our favorites!
The food was good but our server seemed annoyed at our being there. He was the least friendly and wasn’t going to go out of his way to suggest or help with options for what we needed. It really brought the mood down and he couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. No customer service skills at all.
We love authentic Neapolitan pizza. Great drinks, pizza and unique desserts.
We met up with our son and his wife for dinner to try Cane Rosso. We made reservations and the times were honored. We ordered some appetizers (cheese and meat tray). It was nicely prepared and well presented. We ordered a pizza, Lasagna, and salads. The salad had to be remade as it was not what was ordered but they grabbed it up, remade it and took if off of our bill. The food was a creative take on Italian and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Enjoyed nice dinner in comfortable booth. Food was a little slow due to orders ahead of us on busy Friday night.
Awesome and the best pizza in the DFW consistently.
Our waiter was great full of service and never had to ask for a refill. He was on top of it. Food was great as well
Food was solid and service was very good. A good mid range alternative for basic Italian fare and pizza
The food and service are always great. This particular location is very family friendly. There were a lot of kids there, so if you prefer more quiet setting, this location probably isn’t best.
Loved every bite! Loved every bite! Loved every bite!
Overall a good place. Good food. Good atmosphere. Good service.
Love Cane Rossa ❤️
We have been here 3 times now and the food has always been good, but the service has always been stellar! All 3 servers we have had have been warm and super friendly!
Great pizza cooked fast! Fried artichokes were great as an appetizer, and the dessert pizza was great!
The food was great especially the meatball lasagna but we got the last serving. Guess it's only while it last! Cam see why it was delicious.
Very disappointing visit- 2 out of the 3 pizzas ordered were so burnt we couldn't eat them.
My wife and I came here to try out the "best pizza in DFW" as described in a local magazine. We made a reservation the night before and arrived 15 min. before it opened.
What a disappointment!
We told our waitress that it was our first visit but she started walking away before I finished talking.
I asked about the brunch menu but she said no one really orders brunch, that we should stick with pizza instead. I asked for some expert suggestions and were informed their Emma pizza was the most popular. At the end we decided to try their "Cane Rosso" pizza thinking that based on the name it must be good. We also ordered some meatballs.
The meatballs arrived lukewarm and tasteless. The marinara sauce that came with them was good, though.
The pizza took awhile to show up. While waiting we saw the chalkboard on the wall showcasing their limited time special pizza. Wished our waitress had informed us that.
When the pizza finally arrived it looked beautiful. However, one bite later we realized this was far from being the best in town. It's not even close. Like others have mentioned, it's very soggy...and undercooked. There was maybe half a teaspoon worth of very finely chopped sausage and a couple thinly sliced bell peppers. We love pizza, but the two of us didn't finish one pizza.
Thoroughly disappointed so far, we were hoping the zeppole, which was supposed to be one of the best desserts in town--again, as described by a local magazine--would make the trip worthwhile after all. We didn't have a chance to try because our waitress told us they were not making them at the time. We could, she said, try the state fair version. When asked what the difference is, she said they taste exactly the same as the original.
What's the point, then?
Great neopolitan pizza. Server was very helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
A quick meal before an event at iPic Fairview, my brother and I found Cane Rosso to be fairly empty on an early Wednesday evening. We split a Caesar with anchovies, super fresh and NOT dripping with dressing, just like I like it. Bro' had the Cane Rosso, and I called for my specialty mix pie, both were perfect. The crusts were chewy 'licious and not burnt (like I too often find at Cavalli's). Great service. We'll be back.
Not nearly as good as the Lakewood and Deep Ellum locations
Food was really good really enjoyed the atmosphere
The best pizza in Dallas. If you've never had neopolitian pizza before, you'll be in for a treat.
We thoroughly enjoyed our friends get together at Cane Rosso and would certainly come back on a pretty regular schedule. Thank you for a great evening.
Never fails. Amazing margarita pizza every time. Wed $5 pizzas til 7pm. NYer finally found great pizza!!
