    We’ve come to Canaletto every time we visit Vegas, but this may be our last. Bread, once complimentary, is now $10. Portions have noticeably shrunk, and there’s a 3% surcharge for “employee programs,” which raises more questions than answers. Our server was nice, but overall, the value just isn’t there anymore. With so many great options on the Strip, it’s hard to justify returning.

    Poor service. Waiter was not friendly. I informed them that we we’re celebrating a birthday, and there was no mention. Waiter seemed distant and upset and ruined our dining experience. Forgot my salad and didn’t seem to care. Can’t recommend it for the price and definitely not a place to have a celebration.

    Not the Il Fornaio -Denver quality we were used to. Tagliatelle Alla Castellana Con Pollo Was ok, not great. RISOTTO BURLINA was a very small portion and just ok, not great. AFFOGATO AL CAFFÈ was tiny and also not great. The best thing about this restaurant is the location. The tables are very very close together. You can barely find space to get out of there. Food is expensive for the quality. I wish they had the Zabaion dessert, but they don’t.

    Thank you, Canaletto, for a truly memorable evening! We had an amazing time dining and absolutely loved the lamb special and the 22 oz ribeye—both were outstanding. The tiramisu and coffee was the perfect sweet finish. A heartfelt thank you to Vito for the warm hospitality and for making us feel like family. Vito’s care and attention made the night extra special—he’s simply the best!

    Caesar salad was awful. Chicken was so dry, almost couldn’t chew it. Lettuce was in huge pieces and the dressing (on the side) was completely separated and oily. Even after stirring it looked inedible. Son’s cheese pizza had puddles of grease on the top…we had to request paper napkins to soak some up. Husband’s salmon was ok, but over cooked. Do not recommend. Had decent reviews which is why we picked it for an easy dinner. How do mess you up a basic salad and pizza? Waiter could have cared less. Saw I barely touched my salad and didn’t ask if everything was ok.
