Delicious food with quality ingredients. Loved their burrata appetizer and white wine pairing. Had the branzino (beautiful dish with flavor pairings, great portion). Husband had the medallion steak (beautiful texture, cooked to perfection) with grilled polenta. Loved that the ingredients were outside the ordinary we see everywhere (meat and potatoes). The house-made ricotta cake was also really good. Paired well with the macchiato our server recommended.

My husband and I an early dinner here before a concert at the Venetian. Overall it was a good experience, good appetizers, a nice bottle of wine and one really good shrimp entree but the chicken entree was so over cooked as to be inedible. They were very good about it and did not charge for that meal.

Love this place! We make it our first reservation every time we are here in Vegas. Great fresh food. Especially love the minestrone soup, but EVERYTHING tastes great. Excellent service too.

The food was absolutely amazing and very, very good. Our waiter was average at best. Not very personable and not even around very much. Lots of choices to eat at in the Venetian, but the ambience was good and food was worth it.

Don't expect a relaxing experience. From his first appearance at our table, our waiter was eager to turn the table by asking us if we decided what we'd like for dinner. We requested water and a bottle of Prosecco. When he returned with the Prosecco, the waiter was, again, pressing us for our entree order. Although reluctant to go with this excellerated pace for a meal, we ordered the Lamb Shank (special) and the Gnocchi Bolognese. When asked about our entrees, I told the waiter that the lamb tasted gamie. He didn't express any concern or offer any remedy for the (gray-in-color) sub-par entree. Although the Bolognese was good, the gnocchi was soft and overcooked. We will not be returning to Canaletto... I had two near-future reservations for business meals that were subsequently canceled.

It's easy to find the location. Canaletto is located in the middle of the Grand Canal Shoppes, next to the St. Mark's Square. Tagliatelle alla castellana con pollo is my favorite.　(*^ｰ^)v

Seated right away - we had reservation. Good selection of wine. We shared all our selections from salad to pasta. All food was delicious. We even shared a margarita pie. Large enough for two people, three people if you order additional apps. Music played in the square and people sang. So lively.

For a busy "outdoor" vibe. This place was great and our server was amazing and super attentive. Food all around my group loved and the drinks were awesome. It's a very social kinda place I gathered in a nice space in the shop areas. Would def reccomend for some good Italian cuisine in Vegas

Everything was average except for the food. It was rated below average because the seafood stew was very spicy on the high side and we were not told beforehand by the waiter. Surprising for an Italian dish to be so spicy! If you love Italian food and seafood stew, but not real spicy food in the stew, tell the waiter beforehand. It spoiled the expectations for an evening of fine food.
