   Nice ambiance, delicious food, but pricey. Outside tables are best. Located at Venetian’s St. Marks Square. They add on 3% employee surcharge.

   Pasta bolognaise and tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms!! Both delicious. They had a great super tuscan wine also. Service was great and efficient.

   Top tier pizza, fantastic antipasto plate, recommended by a server with excellent knowledge of the menu. All in the surreal ambiance of St. Marks’s Square.

   We ate inside as it is more quiet than sitting outside with the throngs of people passing by. The food was excellent. The risotto was expertly prepared with the texture perfect and the pieces of sausage and mushrooms adding much flavor to the dish. My wife's octopus was tender and perfectly cooked. Our friends salmon and pasta dishes were equally good. The cannoli's and budino provided a tasty ending to the meal. Our favorite waiter only had outside tables that evening, but the water we had was excellent as well. I apologize for not remembering his name. The most telling part of how good our experience was that our friends,, who are locals, so liked the meal that they said they would be back to try other items on the menu.

   We had a wonderful experience at Canaletto. Our server, Mao (sp?) was so fun and did an excellent job. The food was delicious. We enjoyed dining "alfresco".

    Mitch is an outstanding server. Hostess sat us very kindly and quick, We came in with a party of six and were seated in the patio. Cocktails, pizza, salads, pastas… everything was delicious. I asked for my pizza to be crispy and it came out perfect. The Caesar salad could have used more dressing. We will be back.
