Se bought an offer and the breakfast options were not available. The site says breakfast was until 12pm, we get there at 11 and no breakfast. The cleaning lady was the one who greeted us and the lunch menu was not up to our expectations. Ambiance was nice, but we were expecting more from the menu and service.

The portions were very small and the drinks did not taste alcoholic at all. The octopus was over cooked and the swordfish was not amazing. The food was no bad, but very overpriced

The food was very overpriced for the flavor. The service took so long the manager brought us complimentary champagne. That didn’t bother me as much as the taste of the food for the price. Super overpriced for what you got. Presentation was nice but the food was just not good.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life!! We made reservations for 8pm, but didn’t get seated until about 8:25. After being seated, no server came to our table for 20 minutes...this is unacceptable! The server brought us two small plates for literally no reason, because they didn’t serve any kind of complimentary breads or anything. After she took our order, she never came back to check on us or refill our waters or anything. We didn’t see her again until she came to give us our check. If they were understaffed for some reason, they could at least give us a heads up and apologize, but there was no such thing. We felt ignored the whole time and we weren’t the only ones, two other tables close to us were very upset due to the service as well.
The food was not great. I ordered the octopus, which came partly burned. My date ordered the rabbit empanadas, the only decent thing in our whole experience.
Expected So much more from an upscale restaurant like this! We will never be back. There are so many other amazing places to dine in this area of PR. We truly regret spending our time and money here.

Staff was very polite and food was spectacular. It was definitely worth it and I highly recommend.

Food is great but service took forever and the waiter rarely came by our table. We ordered the tomato avocado salad and it came without avocados. We told our waiter and instead of bringing us a new one he just plopped a bowl of avocado on our table. I wanted a second drink and instead was brought the check.

The food wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped! The ambiance was nice and they do a wonderful job at keeping the outdoor space.

Very interesting and promising menu that was poorly executed. The octopus was salty and overcooked, the mofongo with pork belly had no flavor, as well as the rabbit empanadilla. Extremely disappointing. The cocktails were ridiculously expensive ($17) for what they are. It’s a classic tourist trap.

The service was fantastic. Shelia at the front desk was so sweet. I went to brunch for my bday and the food was amazing. My server Alexis was so patient and helpful with us!!! I highly recommend this place! Thank you again Cana!

For an 11:30 reservation our party was told they would not be seated until 11:50 per policy. That’s odd and not really convenient or guest friendly because the service was excruciatingly slow.

The food was very bland. The chicken was very rubbery couldn’t even eat it. We paid then left and got food somewhere else. The costumer service was excellent. Fries were good the burger could have been better.

Delicious dinner at Caña. Not too crowded and the food was amazing! Tip: request an outdoor table ahead of time.

Crab rice with shrimp-not traditional rice with loose grains, it was blended into a mushy pate. The shrimp had an odd texture, as if they had been frozen and thawed multiple times.
Pumpkin-very plain, no seasoning at all
Octopus-one tentacle, was mostly ok but I got one bite that was gooey
Rabbit turnover-the rabbit held a lot of moisture which made them soggy on the inside.

In addition to complete lack of flavor and quality nothing was served above room temperature. Completely disappointing experience

Service was poor. Waiter was not attentive. It was my husband’s birthday, ordered champagne and various platters waiter disappeared for 45 min never checking back and we needed condiments water etc.

A bit pricey but if you're looking for American food, beach vibes, & good drinks....this is a great place!

Would avoid at all costs. Food was completely unseasoned; we had the crudo, which literally tasted like cold fish. We mentioned this to the waiters and they said it was because tourists had been complaining about food being over-salted, and the Chef had decided to under-season everything. Made no sense.

The service was subpar - our waiter brought us a bottle of sparkling water and no glasses. We had to reuse our regular water glasses. Drinks were also a joke - completely watered down. Would NOT recommend this restaurant. Save your money and your time.

To quote my wife, “Chef Juliana González is a BOSS”. The food was extraordinary. Chef González took the local ingridients to the next level, while showing great respect to them. We did the four course dinner that included two types of salads and a meat and vegetables feast. The salads were fresh, elegant and delicious. They showed great creativity and flavor.

For the main course she prepared a sample of puertorrican “longaniza”, chicken marinated in cacao and suckling pig, all grilled to perfection. She accompanied them with roasted pumpkin, carrots, eggplant and sweet potato. She presented them in a simple way, no bells and whistles, she wanted the ingridients to speak for themselves. The sweet potato was out of this world.

For dessert she did a layered caramel moose with raspberry sauce at the bottom and chocolate crumble on top. A great way to end a dinner.

Service was very good and the ambiance even better. Located inside El Hotel San Juan, our table overlooked their magnificent pool and the ocean. Great location.

Chef González shows great creativity, respect for local ingredients and depth of flavor. She is very talented and for that we are looking forward to our next visit.

Very happy I found this place for my dad's belated birthday celebration. The service was superb with very friendly staff. The food was delicious and great quality for the cost. I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

Entrees: Garlic prawns with yuca fritters was excellent; blue crab rice and shrimp was disappointing— too dry and no sauce. Roasted pumpkin appetizer was delicious. We asked for bread and got some wheat toast with olive oil that was very tasty.

We would definitively return to Caña. The menu enticed the senses. True to its mission of blending the Puerto Rican flavors to her unique recipes. We enjoyed the berenjena quema, hummus de gandules con chicharrones! WOW!!! Also the ñAme and pastel al caldero con carne ahumada ... Spectacular! For desert we enjoyed el pudín. Delicioso!

Todo estuvo muy bueno, solo que a los visitantes locales no exigen buena vestimenta y hubo turistas dentro del salon con trajes de baños tipo G-String. Es de muy mak gusto y paseando cerca de las mesas es desagradable

Amazing dinner, food and view was great. We got lucky there was a beach wedding with fireworks and got to see the show while dining. Servers very friendly and attentive. Loved it. Recommend the mofongo and garlic shrimp.

Great atmosphere. All of our food took way too long to come out. Additionally all of our entrees came out at different times so by the time all of us had our food everything was cold. Server tried making up for it with complimentary glasses of champagne but the experience overall was upsetting.
