   Very nice evening. The tables look out over the pool and the ocean. The dinner was delicious. We enjoy cod fritters and swordfish for dinner. Delicious.

   It was our anniversary...we mentioned it in the app and as well as telling the hostess. No happy anniversary, waiter... nothing, and no personality. Very sad...and by the way...$59. Beef tenerloin with no sides.

   Went to Caña for the Easter Sunday Brunch 2025. Veronica was assigned to our table. Her service was excellent. Her deep commitment with the hospitality industry is supported by her fine personality, superb communication skills and great knowledge about food and wines. She guided us through the menu with certainty and never rushed our group (even when her shift was ending). She delighted us making sure each of our glasses were filled equally; a gesture that we appreciated and valued. The buffet area was always clean, organized and well kept. Food was replenished promptly. There was a variety of delicious dishes for all preferences. Desserts were exquisite. Staff was attentive and courteous. We sat at an outdoors table which was very pleasant, relaxing and tropical. The hotel is spectacular and has kept its stunning historic and architectural interiors. All employees were serviceable and greeted us with a smile. We had a great time!

   Cańa’s Easter Buffett offered a variety of food but I would have preferred to have more traditional Puerto Rican food as options. It was ridiculously over-priced but I paid the $85 per person price due to wanting to do something special for Easter. Waitress was attentive but restaurant was next to pool so it was a bit noisy.

   Great service with Felix, loved the appetizers and food. Everything was delicious. Needs better wine selection, but other than that great place.

   Food selection was scarce. Service was poor. Wait staff never cleared the table but served entree. Brought steak entrees without a steak knife. Unfortunate experience at a Fairmont restaurant.

    Alberto was a GREAT server, he was Knowledgeable and helped us pick the best of the best on the menu. We loved the pork chop, swordfish, and the chocolate crème brûlée was out of this world - a must try. would absolutely go back :-)
