Located in the heart of the legendary Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, Caña is an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant featuring an elevated menu composed of fresh dishes made with local ingredients and exquisite seafood options. We were very exited to try Jose Enrique’s menu. But we were extremely disappointed!!! His signature dish (Whole fried snapper) at his old restaurant was not even a shadow of its old self. I was served a frozen not fresh snapper filet for $45. My wife had the chicken paillard which used to be one of her favorites. The chicken looked like precooked Tyson chicken strips and taste was just as bad for $42. Caña is going to ruin Jose Enrique’s name if they keep serving these quality of products.

We wanted something authentic, delicious and low-key where you could have a nice meal. This place delivered on all! Plus, terrific service. Definitely recommend.

Our waiter was outstanding. He managed to have the music, which really wasn't conducive to a nice meal, turned down. All of us enjoyed our meals, but the mofongo was exceptionally good.

We went for brunch and were expecting a wider range of options. We had the mahi tacos which were overcooked and overpriced. We sat outside and it felt like you were at a club. Not what we expected from the fairmount.
