A cafe and bar located at the Abbotsford Convent. Cam's offers breakfast lunch and dinner service with a focus on relaxed dining and delicious European inspired food. Healthy and traditional stews and soups have featured on the menu for over 10 years, accompanied with bread from local bakers. Dinner service changes frequently, hand rolled pastas, braises, and simple vegetable dishes balance a menu that can be both shared or enjoyed solo with a glass of wine. Located within The Abbotsford Convent historic precinct Cam's is unique to an other location, enjoy a cocktail under the cloisters or dine in the traditional refectory of what was at one point the largest Convent of its kind in the southern hemisphere.

                Food and atmosphere as spectacular as usual but on this occasion the service was great….not terrible, just not what we’ve been used to on past visits.

                Cam's is just OK. Ambience is great, but service is a little aloof and the wine list is pretty much entirely natural. A few real wines would be good! Food is good but not so great to put up with the underwhelming service. Also don't bother trying to ring. They don't actually answer their phone.
