   La comida muy buena pero el servicio no tanto, el mesero Juan que nos tocó fue muy desatento y no es agradable que ofrezcan caldo de camarón sin decir que es con costo extra cuando antes lo regalaban como cortesía.

   I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant last night, which was especially upsetting since it was meant to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. We ordered two tostadas for her and a ribeye steak for me. Her food arrived within five minutes, but mine didn’t come out for another 40 minutes. She was already done eating by the time I got my meal. Even worse, about 20 minutes after she was served, a staff member informed me they were out of ribeye steaks. I have no idea what they were doing during that time or why it took so long to tell me. They offered a flank steak instead, which was poorly prepared—cut too thick, tough, and completely lacking in flavor. We weren’t offered any sort of compensation—not even a drink—for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, when the bill came, the waiter verbally asked me how much I wanted to tip, which put me in an uncomfortable position. It felt like I was being pressured into tipping at least 15%, despite the fact that the service didn’t come close to deserving it. This was such a letdown, especially since I visited last year and had one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever eaten. I know this place is capable of much better. Sadly, this time was a complete failure, and I’m shocked that nothing was done to make things right.

   Me asignaron mi mesa y hasta ahí bien se presentó un mesero nos tajeron marlin tostadas y agua y el mesero desapareció atendiendo nos esporádicamente no trajeron bebidas pedimos la comida y sorpresa el primer platillo llegó a la hora con un salmón reseco muy malo termino mi esposa de comer y llegaron los otros dos platillos m@los también el pulpo sobrecocido con los tentáculos como chicle no tenía nada de sarandeado unos camarones completamente fríos el gerente se disculpo y dijo no volverá a suceder pues claro no volveré además de cobrarme 3000 por esa comida horrible su disculpa fue darnos una rebanada de pastel calentada en micro ondas que ganas de no volver lástima de lugar atención nefasta .

    Marco was our waiter. From beginning to end, his suggestions and attention to detail were unmatched. The food was amazing. Full of flavor and the portion sizes were almost too big for two of us splitting plates. Will be going back before we leave. Highly recommended!
