This newly renovated restaurant has much of the same atmosphere, just less lights and less seating. The white paint on paneling and new white ceiling tiles really open up the place. The new carpet was a nice change too. I didn’t care for the fact that the old free queso was gone. The chips and salsa were good. My husband and I shared the chicken fajitas. The chicken and rice were good, but the beans were very runny. We went during the soft opening so our wait was longer, but the wait staff were very kind. The pricey factor will probably keep us from visiting often, but we may be back.

We went back after once we heard that they had new owners. The place has done a complete 180. It is so much brighter, and cleaner. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. Their beans are so good I could make a meal out of them alone. Everything we tried was well seasoned and cooked just right. It will be one of our new regular places.

Everything was amazing. Kids meals are double the price of most places. 14 dollars for a kids meal is too much. Margarita glasses need to be bigger for the price.

Atmosphere was great. Many original things in decor, but not everything so it was more airy. Clean restaurant. Waitress was very kind and professional. Everyone is learning menu and things, so a little patience is required, but they will work that out with time. Food was delicious.

The updated menu and food offerings were much appreciated. The flavors and sourced ingredients are a major upgrade from the "old Campo Verde." However, price points need to be adjusted for family value and the local ambiance.

We tried them shortly before they closed and it was terrible. So we were super excited to visit again after many months of remodel and new ownership. Unfortunately its the exact same... The main entrance area is cleaned up a little and feels better walking in, that is the only positive i can give. The rest of the restaurant is the same old dated and poorly decorated disaster it has always been. We read about there "amazing" margaritas yet only found one on the menu and it didnt tell what tequila was used. We specified a tequila we wanted and it was "ok" at best. Bill showed up and it was a $17 margarita that was so small it was literally 4-5 sips. Their "famous queso" that was bragged about in all the "opening soon" articles... brutal. Zero flavor and thin as water. Fajitas for 2 were $26 and barely edible. We had a $55 tab and only had one margarita, one tiny queso and the fajitas. The hostess was very confused and had trouble seating us (we had a reservation and it was very slow). The server knew nothing about the menu and provided basic service at best. We regretted the meal the rest of the night. Not worth the calories, time or money.

From the time we walked in, the decorations are all updated, no more smell of smoke. The service and food was simply amazing!

This was a terrible soft launch. It was our waitresses first day ever waiting tables. Management really need to provide her support instead of throwing her out there alone. It took 15 minutes to take our drink orders. Another 15 minutes to get them. The tea was running out or not brewed correctly. Took another 20 minutes to get replacement drinks. We were charged $4 for an apple juice we didn’t order. The first meal came out 10 minutes before the others. Our beans were the wrong kind that we ordered. The queso had a very overwhelming smoky taste. God bless this woman on her first day, and I still tipped 20%. But for that terrible service, I shouldn’t have to pay over $100.

We experienced common problems with soft openings. Good but slow service, items forgotten with the meal. Prices were high for the portion and quality of the food.
