Brilliant ambiance, happy and genuine service, and good food.
The menu, food, service, and ambience was excellent! I highly recommend it!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Campo and so glad to have another excellent restaurant we can add to our list of dining establishments. We will be returning.
Fun and lively bistro atmosphere. Excellent fresh food and nice menu with limited but we'll prepared options.
Great service by Alissa which made our dinner very enjoyable. Yummy food. Made accommodations on pasta without meat Nice greetings by host and bar…looking forward to going back.
although the food was outstanding, we did not appreciate having to wait 30 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated at our table. We were told that Open Table has been over booking their reservations. I believe they are over booking their own reservations. this was our second visit. I would try one more time because of the food quality.
Great place, great food. A little noisy when trying to have a conversation.
Service good. Seated immediately. Drinks good. Tomato/Mozzarella salad good. Hard to get good tomatoes. Lasagna not hot but tasty. Hard to do with scoop and serve dishes. Cacio Pepe a little oily. Taste were all great. Pricing spot on. Server fab!
Everything we ordered was amazing! Very refreshing cocktails- some of which are on the happy hour menu. Highly recommend the yellow tail tuna and meatballs as appetizers. You can’t miss the semifreddo dessert- it’s delicious! Great atmosphere and service. Definitely will return!
Had a reservation, but we had to wait 40 minutes to be seated. Took a long time to get water, drinks, and bread. Crispy salmon tasted very good, but we probably won’t go back.
Had reservation for 8:15 but were not seated until 9:15.
Hostesses & bartender were very nice. We were offered an alternative table which was essentially a small, low coffee table. We declined it because not enough room for food for our party of 8 plus we would be leaning over to eat.
Finally were seated at an outside table under fan/mister that kept temperature pleasant. Then they were turned off and we had to ask for them to be turned back on when it got hot. The misters were turned on but the fans weren't and we got soaked.
Staff (other than bartender) were very inexperienced and did not see anyone who seemed to be managing the place.
Well after having a reservation the hosted said to me
That they did not know if we could get a table because
Every table was busy and she had no clue what time
They could seat us very bad hostess
I ask to speak with the manager and he said
He will have a table for us still took a while but
Got seated and they bought our dinner
To bad because food is delicious ☺️
Food and setting - outstanding! Service was a bit slow but 1) they are new, and 2) every place is struggling with service right now. So go! Its' fantastic!
We loved the atmosphere. This was a great transition from the previous restaurant. Colors,Lighting and art were subtlety changed with a wonderful effect.
The menu was innovative, but also some Italian classics. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Classy restaurant with excellent food and services.
We were seated at a table with stools and asked to be switched to a table with real chairs.
They need more of those types of tables. It was very loud and difficult to hear the people we were with.
Food was amazing! Service was great. They servers/hostess etc are all new but still great
Outdoor patio is very comfortable. They have misters and shades. Patio is nice because it’s not in a road and no cars are parked nearby
Outstanding addition to our neighborhood dining venues. Ambiance, service, and food presentation and preparation impeccable.
Great new restaurant in the Mercado. Cool Vibe and cozy seating. The owner Blake was personal and greeted all the tables. The bolognese and salumi board and calamari are fantastic. Its new and has some growing pains but we have already been twice this week and definitely plan to return.
Food and vibe were good. Great neighborhood find! There were four in our party but our pizza order entree was not put in with the initial order so it came later. They didn't charge for it so that seemed fair. The service could be a little better with filling water glasses. Overall we thought it good and would come back!
The food and service were excellent. The gnocchi melts in your mouth. It reminded us of Florence, Italy. The pasta peppe was also very good. Looking forward to going back soon.
Great overall dining experience. Chef Stratta and his team have created a terrific new restaurant with great ambience, friendly service and exceptional food. We'll be back!
Food was awesome. I had the steak with pasta and it was all amazing! Congratulations on your opening and we wish you much success!
Extraordinary especially in light of their being open for only a few days. Great job all around and look forward to frequenting.
Service was not good and the place was noisy and crowded. Staff needs to be trained in basic service techniques. We waited almost 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by waitstaff and it took another 5 minutes to get a glass of water (on a very hot, windy night). They were very slow clearing used dishes before serving the next course. There are mostly high top tables (very difficult to maneuver for older folks) and sitting outside is uncomfortable due to misters that don't work well and overstuffed pillows on the couches. The salad was fresh and tasty and the food is well prepared despite the odd menu selections. I am hopeful that the service problems will be fixed but not sure what they can do about a generally uncomfortable and unwelcoming restaurant configuration/design.
Mostly everything was very good. We LOVED the appetizers and I LOVED the salmon. Our pasta dish was sort of dry. You won't go wrong with the salmon or a cheese dish.
Great vibe and ambience, had the lasagne and it was amazing, along with a great bottle of Pinot noir and the meatballs (incredible as well). Make a reservation and try it yourself, it’ll be worth it
Love this restaurant!
We ordered warm olives, Grissini with butter and fresh radishes to start.
They have a good wine list and the snacks were terrific!
We both had pasta.
Cacio de Pepe, and Bucatini with crispy pancetta.
Both to die for!!!!!
So hard to find simple Cacio de Pepe in Phoenix and this was fantastic
The bucatini was amazing. You often find pancetta in pasta but the crispy pancetta was like the most delicious bacon and then also chunks of pancetta in the pasta.
They had some good desserts but we didn’t have time we will return. Great atmosphere.
Both modern and also Italian rustic.
Very good service.
Management came by often as well as the chef and that’s a good thing!!!!
We were looking forward to a new neighbor hood restaurant with such talent. But there was a very loud high top next to us, tables close together. Other seating like living room area's. , something I would expect to see in old town scene. And pretty dark.
Our appetizer and salad came with the entree's and so we didn't have time to enjoy them. The pasta's were disappointment , the Cacio e Pepe was very dry and the bacon strips on the Bucatini were overcooked , so they didn't add anything.
We know it's only recently reopened with the new concept and everyone is short staffed. So I'm sure we'll try again. With the talent behind them I'm sure they will do better. I do hope they think about making the dining decor experience better.
Beautiful space. Wonderful food. Great service. Chef on premises.
Great addition to the neighborhood. Michelin star chefs at reasonable prices.
Food is high quality.
Chicken Matone and Gnocchi
And the Marco pizza.
But I wish they would do away with the communal table.
Great new restaurant. Ambiance is delightful, food scrumptious and service was attentive. Can’t wait to return
The food was incredible and I’m absolutely in love with the ambiance. We sat on the patio and I hated to leave! Service was top notch and I’ve already decided what I’ll be ordering next time around!
Excellent food at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere.
Very heavy on salt and fish was fishy but great pasta and as a new restaurant they need time to develop. A beautiful space ….
Campo is amazing! I highly recommend!! Tiffany was our server. She had excellent recommendations! We tried them all!! Everything about Campo is wonderful, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere! We will be back!!
What a wonderful neighborhood gem! From the hostess that greeted us to our server Andrew, we received a warm welcome and had a wonderful dining experience. I love the update to the old Stratta, the space is casual elegance with a wonderful vibe, great food , drinks, and a fantastic playlist, just energetic enough but still allows for conversation. We started with the yellowtail crudo that bursted with flavor, another favorite were the meatballs and gravy. We tried several entrees from the wonderful crispy salmon, Spaghetti Cacio e Peppe, Lasagna Bolognese, and Quattro Formaggio, pizza. All dishes were fantastic although the bolognese wasn’t very hot, so we would want to try that again, much hotter next time! We look forward to our next visit!
Amazing food, drinks & desserts! Service was great as well! Love the new place in McCormick! It was a great dining experience..we will be back soon!
