The Pizzaioli at Campania treat each pizza they create as a journey to the origin of pizza. Using traditional double zero flour, natural yeast and sea salt, we construct a delicious canvas for our authentic ingredients. We use only imported San Marzano tomatoes for our pomodoro sauce. We use authentic, imported Italian meats such as Calabrese salami, Parma Cotto, Prosciutto di Parma and Italian sausage. The pizza process culminates with our hand-made oven, the mortar and bricks of which come from the soil from the Mt Vesuvius region of Italy and created in Naples by master mason Stefano Ferrara. With this masterful oven located in the dining area, you'll witness 130 years of pizza wisdom culminating in roughly 70 seconds at 1,000 degrees!

You'll enjoy more than pizza at Campania as our menu includes appetizers, salads, soups, panini, pasta dishes, chicken, salmon and veal entrees. Cap off your meal with some delicious gelato or our home made Tiramisu!

Campania is not a 100% Gluten-free environment. Additions and subtractions allowed, No substitutions or half pizzas. All pizza began with the Margherita. Created for Queen Margherita in 1889, it made pizza famous. It was no accident that the San Marzano Tomatoes, Bufala Mozzarella and Sprig of Basil combined to create the Red, White and Green of the Italian Flag. In order to be considered authentic Neapolitan Pizza, 10 strict requirements Must be met. They include using "00" flour, DOP Certified San Marzano Tomatoes, stretching or "opening" the dough only by hand, and cooking in a wood-fired oven at roughly 900 degrees in less than 90 seconds

We arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday night and it was pretty empty except for one family inside and another group on the patio. By 9pm employees were clearing other tables around us of condiments and setups. Service was fast and food was good. We knew they closed at 10pm so we didn’t linger. When we left around 9:30pm the bar had quite a few people still sitting and eating.

Our primary server was great but then other runners tried to bring our entrees out before our salads. So we sent them back and then they still came out too fast! Server 101… don’t rush the entrees. But food was delicious!! Noise is worse than ever lol but it’s ok!

I have eaten pizza around the world including all over Italy. I have NEVER eaten a better pizza than at Campania. I attribute this excellence to the flour they use from Italy, the fresh and genuine ingedients , and the wood-fired pizza oven they use.

Best pizza in the world. Prices are competitive. The servers are a delight. Campania is close to my home. It's noisy, especially inside. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

Our server was excellent. Very attentive and accommodating. Our pizza originally came to the table barely warm, we asked for it to be put in the oven to heat it up - our waitress was so gracious about it. She boxed up that pizza, gave it to us and brought us another one right out of the oven- it was more than what was necessary and the pizza was phenomenal! The expeditor who brought our entrees was not very personable, but maybe he was having a rough day. Overall it was a good experience..the food is great, it’s a very comfortable, casual environment.

My best friend and I were looking for a casual place to have lunch and talk on a Sunday. I suggested a few options nearby and my friend chose Campania. It was quiet and we had personal service. Food was terrific, as always. We could take our time and had plenty of time. Really nice.

On the Open Table app I mentioned we were celebrating our daughter and granddaughter’s birthdays. That info did not get communicated to the staff. I was disappointed with Open Table not the restaurant. Have been to this restaurant before and plan on going again!

Nice location for couples but no food for kids. Mine didn’t like the spaghetti and meatballs because the meatballs were huge. And can’t get a simple cheese pizza. Wait staff was great but I can’t return unless I’m kid free.

My wife and I are verterans of Campania which to us (and my wife is a native of Italy) serves the BEST pizza we've ever had in Georgia, maybe anyplace. We always sit outdoors (which is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer) because inside is too noisy for us (the only negative I can think of). We highly recommend Campania Milton (and also its other location in Alpharetta).

I have dined at Campania myself, but this time it was 11 14 & 15 year olds for Homecoming. I can only go on what my daughter had to say. We did change the reservation dining total several times, and that was handled very well. My daughter said everything went smooth and the food was good . I asked her if she would go back and she said yes.

Amazing experience!! Lee is a great waitress, ambience on the patio was perfect and warm with the heat lamps, food was incredible got the charcuterie and the salmon with argula appetizer. 10/10!
