   Very good restaurant with a nice vibe and tasty food. Service was also a positive. A bit too pricey, but well worth a visit.

   I don’t usually remember restaurants from when we travel but I remembered the sticky toffee pudding at Calypso Grill from when we were in Grand Cayman 15.5 years ago (our first born was just an 11 month old little cutie then, now she is looking at colleges!). I was determined to find it and as soon as I saw photos of the restaurant it all came back. The sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint and was a dream fulfilled- now all three of our children are fans - however it wasn’t just dessert. Our entire meal was beyond words. The service and recommendations of our waiter Mateo so on point. The meal was best we had our entire stay on the island. My next trip back will be (sooner than 15.5 years) and now to feast again on the grilled mahi mahi in the amazing butter broth sauce on delectable beds of whipped mash. the Calypso Grill is now forever associated in my mind as my favorite restaurant in Grand Cayman.

   We had the pleasure of eating there for Easter Sunday. The recommendations from our waiter Michele for the drinks to the food were outstanding.

   our waiter was a young 23 year old from Milan I forget his name "mateo" something. We were there on a Friday night. He was terrific. He made great recommendations. We will definiately tell our friends about this place.,the mango shrimp was awesome and the desserts were great!

   We only get to Calypso Grill every year or 18months - if I lived in GC, I would come every week bc it’s so delicious! Service is great as always, and the seafood is so fresh! And if you don’t order the Sticky Toffee Pudding, then you are missing the best sticky toffee pudding anywhere!

   We visited 15 years ago and loved the Champagne Lobster so much that we had to come back for it! This time we tried the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and it was delicious! The food, drinks, service and ambiance are all top notch! Highly recommend!

    We normally visit Calypso Grill at dinner time. That is an outstanding experience. Picture a wonderful Caribbean setting. Dark wooden chairs and tables with Caribbean blue wall accents. A view of the water and open breezes under lantern light. However, going at lunchtime is a treat. Now all of the things there are to see and enjoy are opened up to you in the daylight. The food is outstanding. To sit by the water at noon with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, while enjoying cracked conch, what a treat! It certainly is a joy for us who frequent it often, but for the occasional traveler, it is one not to miss.
