The hosts were very accommodating. They gave us the best table on the water with views of the harbor, yachts, and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our servers were very thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. They even personally walked me to the restroom. The drinks and food were very delicious. We had a few snacks/appetizers, the eggplant and pork and lobster linguine. So many nice touches, in addition to the meal, such as 12 year aged olive oil and ciabatta and a small tray of delicious and light desserts. They remembered it was our anniversary and gave us a little dessert treat to celebrate. A very enjoyable experience. We will be back.

We went to Calusso with a party of 4 to celebrate a birthday. Our expectations were high (set by knowledgeable foodie friends). Calusso lived up to our expectations and proved to be a great experience. Great setting, nice views, comfortable noise level (not too quiet / not too loud). We had a variety of different starters and entrees, and the presentation, the ingredients, the preparation and mostly the taste was fantastic. I would put it this way: every single dish was the best dish we have had of it's sort: the halibut was beyond good, the filet my daughter had was like butter. All in all, it is hard to come with any suggestions to improve. The service was impeccable without being overbearing. Five stars are across the board. We will be back. Also, we had cocktails in the Pier 66 roof top bar prior to our dinner, amazing views ! We strongly recommend starting your evening off up in sky!

Is a beautiful restaurant Service was incredibly attentive Some of the portions were small, but others were perfect Enjoyed the tuna appetizer and the Caesar salad . The Parmesan lobster was delicious; maybe a bit overpriced, but it was really good And there’s always fish on the menu, which is good

Our dining experience last night at Calusso was nothing short of AMAZING! From the service, and decor to the food, solid perfection! No detail was overlooked, and every dish was excellent. It's always a risk with a new restaurant, you hope they have worked out all the kinks before you dine there, but this restaurant was running like clockwork. So professional and enjoyable. We will definitely be back very soon!

Wonderful experience. Calusso is a beautiful venue within the spectacular new Pier 66. Food, service and location were stellar. Craft cocktails and amazing culinary dishes. What makes any restaurant great is service. I am happy to say, Debbie, our server for this event dinner was terrific. Her perfect blend of professionalism, warmth and mastery of the menu and its unique preparations menu made for a totally enjoyable evening. Culasso has all the elements to become one of Fort Lauderdale's premier dining locations.............Kudos to Calusso and our server Debbie.

Our dinner was amazing. Our service was very uneven. Our server attempted to be fine dining but missed on the service. Explained how the small bites open your palate with your drink but did not return for 15 to 20 minutes to take our drink order which we had to ask to order a cocktail. The server than decided to read the menu to us, not highlight a dish, RECITED THE MENU to us which was right in front of us. I finally stopped him before he got to the sides. I had to ask for bread twice, was told it was on its way and did not arrive until after our appetizers. Dessert took forever, do not order the rhubarb. Maybe if the server did not recite the menu to every table our service would be more on point.

Just HORRIBLE…will more than likely never go back, have never written a poor review, however as a local think others should know, don’t go, don’t try it, you’ll definitely be wasting your money, maybe that’s why no one was here!! One note…valet was excellent:)))
