   It was ok. Overpriced for average food. Zero parking for diners so we had to park and walk a ways. No soap in the hotel bathroom. We came for the music but the layout was such that the musician was hidden behind a pillar or wall or something. Otherwise, nice classy establishment. We probably won't be coming again though. Not our kind of neighbourhood.

   Fish and chips were delicious but expensive compared to other restaurants. Host had an accent and we couldn’t understand him. Room was extremely cold so we had to wear coats. Wouldn’t return.

   The restaurant is new, elegant and clean. The decorum is cold though, cold colors and it was actually cold in there, we had to wear our jackets. We were very disappointed in the food. For $220 we had 2 small oysters (1 each) about half a cup of soup, and a tiny steak that I finished in 4 bites. The garnish was sad, a bit of grilled onion and some tasteless root…not sure what it was. Oh yes, there was desert but…we didn’t enjoy that either, it was something you could find at Walmart. The margarita was good, it was the one thing I enjoyed. So, we arrived starving and we left hungry and disappointed. Extremely overpriced and for nothing really. It’s one of those places where the plates are huge and the food portion is tiny and tasteless. We went to eat elsewhere after, not going to say where but it involved burgers and fries. I’ll let you guess.

   The best part was having the great servers you can have in a restaurant. We find it , this restaurant shows the beauty of every stages of a person. Having different ages , shapes and forms of the server was amazing. Ron our server was excellent . He made sure that I'm comfortable , lent me a throw blanket when I felt cold, checking on us all the time to make sure that we are satisfied and comfortable. Food was ok. We enjoyed this visit very much. Highly recommended this restaurant.

    Empty restaurant but everyone was seated extremely close together. From the time we ordered and got our main course it had been about an hour we had finished appies, drinks etc. The food taste good but what you got for the price was obsurd. I will not return and I do not recommend.

    The service was amazing and the food was wonderful. It was really noisy due to another table yelling and speaking very loudly. A bit of a bummer. Not the fault of the restaurant though. Will return for a lunch someday to check out the view.

    The new decor is open and very bright and noisy. The walls have been removed that used to separate the pub so now you go in for a nice high end meal and are surrounded by loud people in the pub and large screens. The food was far from a good value. One very small short rib was diced and placed on top of a pasta with very little sauce and was $33. My husband had the seafood pasta and had only 2 mussels, 2 prawns and something that looked like octopus but was so small you couldn’t decipher. Sad that so much money was spent on renovations and the atmosphere has changed so drastically. We used to love the warmth of the pub and dining room. Must say the people working there seemed kind but bored. The place was practically empty during dinner on a Fri night (apart from the guys in the pub section) and one other couple.

    Our server John was amazing. Great knowledge with food and drink pairings along with great suggestions. The food was so good! My Burrata salad was perfection. An amazing venue for a special occasion or date night. A must try.

    Came for the New Years Day Brunch, they were so accommodating with my daughter's food allergies and my picky family's requested changes. The was excellent, the service top notch, and the view! Definitely will be going back on a date night!

    I was disappointed, they sit me at the very end... maybe because I was only one??. Also super disappointment too, I did not needed reservation.. it was regular sitting in bar and restaurant, only separate tables for us the new year.. food was fantastic and flavory. Waiters too busy they did not came to offer me water or something else to drink, or eat.. I wanted some salad fries burger extra... and kitchen was just closed. Not very good service... I do not know if it was due I was sit on the back, or too many people for short of stuff? Apart from that I enjoyed ambience, and met lotas of nice people. Thanks. fo

    Salad w pecans needs help desperately… barely dressed and no veggies…and teensy! menu needs more veg friendly options beside mushrooms and pasta or Tofu— who eats tofu?? … and pls don’t add meat to fish dishes for those of us that want just fish… and a side of pan fried fish isnt very exciting… I can make that at home!….jazz it up somehow with herbs or a nice sauce..you are a chef! Too meat forward… and now you are doing a steak house? Pleeeaasse… serve some healthy deelishous food that isn’t all meat!! And I’ll be there often and bring my clan!! Love the space and the place but the veg/fish options are so thin for many that choose a more healthy lifestyle.. and create a fantastic salad…please!! Westin used to be all about healthy foods and even had smoothies… what happened??

    Maybe not the best choice for a special romantic occasion only because of the big screen tv’s that take away from everything else that is nice about the restaurant. Great for a casual night with friends. Truly appreciated the acknowledgement of our special night and the service was excellent. Appetizers were definitely not worth it but the main meal was great. The open table menu is not up to date and the selection is less exciting.

    Nice Christmas setting, staff were professional in both services and hospitality. A nice alternative for the menu which featured some elegant dishes. An excellent idea for taking the stress out of serving Christmas dinner at home!

    We had a window seat and the view was lovely. The staff were very warm and friendly too. Hoped that the Christmas Brunch would be as good as a few years ago, pre-COVID. But it was smaller and not as tasty. I think the Fireside's holiday buffets are better and better value.

    The tax should be included in the price as it says on the Website menus. 110.00 plus add. Tax, plus tip.Non alcoholic beverages were not encl.. ie:coffee The food was not hot when it came to the table. The kale salad dry. Would not recommend this place. The service was excellent though staff were very gracious!!

    This event was much better in previous years when it was an experience with a Christmas movie, cookie decorating, etc. The food wasn’t great, especially for the price. I was quite disappointed. Ended up paying $220 for two adults and one child for a lack lustre breakfast.

    Enjoyed our meals but the ravioli dish was quite small compared to the seafood pasta dish. The fish dish was delicious but could have had more on the plate. I found the food to be excellent but the portion sizes were on the small size. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was lacking. The noise level was quite high even though the restaurant is quite large and only about 1/8 occupied if that. The overhead lighting is way too bright for an evening relaxing meal. It lacks the intimacy needed for a special night out. Looks modern but lacks warmth.

    The ambience was superb. The selection of food was great however I didn’t feel it was of the same quality as last year. The coffee definitely needs to be hotter. Tepid at best. Overall a lovely experience but whether I will return next year remains to be seen.

    I haven’t been up to the hotel since they renovated the dining are…it’s gorgeous. The restaurant is stunning and the view of the golf course and mountainside beautiful. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

    A wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious but too expensive, even with the current market and labour situation. The service was second to none. The manager was just fantastic in making sure we were welcomed and our food allergy concerns were immediately addressed. The renovations are amazing. The space is open and comfortable. Not suitable for an intimate dinner. If they want more people to enjoy the food, drinks, and beautiful restaurant, and view in the summertime, price needs to be addressed for sure, otherwise it will become a destination for the wealthy only.

    For a few hunderes of dollars dinner the service was of a bistro. Horrible, negligent, forgot about our order! Never offered anything to compensate! We couldn't get a better table because apparently there were fully booked, but it never got more than 30% filled! Lied ! Food was a hit and a total miss ! Could be much better for what you pay. Not coming back !

    Braised beef wasn’t cooked as much as this dish typically is. The chocolate mousse desert chocolate layer on top had a unique texture. The service was top notch, even during a power outage. The tables were a bit close to be able to pull your chair in fully . The overall experience was good.

    We haven’t been in since the pandemic and were really disappointed in the renovated ambience. Nothing ‘Bear’ or ‘Mountain’ about it — very cold, modern and cheesy glam, detracting from the beautiful natural setting outside the big windows. Lighting was harsh and sound was clattery — we felt like we were in a cafeteria. Giant wing chairs were uncomfortable for eating. Food was good (but slow — they comped us an appy to make up for the delay) and the service (once we got past the officious guy at the front desk) was excellent. Live piano was enjoyable. A guy named Josh volunteered to show us around after our meal and that was nice too.
