We were looking for more variety in the menu. We used to love it in the 80’s.

Is was great to see Tara after these two years of covid. She makes the best cocktails. David, our server, was attentive and met our every request. Jim Quinby was playing the piano and he sounded heavenly! I highly recommend Callahan’s Lodge, especially on Sunday evenings!!

Our server made us feel at home. We have to remember that Prime Rib night is Saturday only. They still gave us everything we needed. Live music was a a treat. We were a little early and they brought us right in.

We went for St. Valentines Day dinner and the food was ok. It was a Prix Fixe menu and often those holiday menus can be a bit sub par. A singer was playing non stop and was very loud.

It was a cold January day and we had been looking forward to a really nice dinner by the fireplace. The wonderful large wood fireplace had been converted to a little stick with a gas flame. The food was less than we had expected too. Well, at least we got home early.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were short staffed but did a great job with the people that were there. Food was good, the room was nice and clean.

I was very disappointed with the change in offerings on the menu. Why once was innovative delicious options, has been replaced by pub food. It was good food, but not the gourmet quality it once was. The live entertainment was great.
